Pets MUST be kept off of the beds and sofas, and out of the pool. All pets must be potty trained.
Dogs have to be on a leash when outside; and you have to pick up after them. NO FARM ANIMALS - NO EXCEPTIONS.

No smoking of any kind inside the home.

Max occupancy 6 people, including children ages 5 and up.

No party hosting. Noise ordinance - sunset to sunrise.

Parking for up to two cars on the driveway. No RVs, no trailers, no jet skis.
No street parking 11pm to 7 am. Do not park on the lawn and do not block the sidewalk.

All guests must sign a booking form and provide a copy of their ID right after making a reservation. Name on the ID must match the name on the reservation and payment method. If someone else made the payment on your behalf, a copy of their ID will also have to be provided.
