An additional three seats at the breakfast bar offer extra space for casual dining or morning coffee.

This home features three comfortable bedrooms designed for restful nights and flexible sleeping arrangements.

Bedroom 1 (Main Level): Features a queen bed with cozy bedding, extra pillows, a large dresser, closet space, and blackout shades for a great night’s sleep.

Bedroom 2 (Lower Level): Offers a spacious king bed, dresser, and soft bedding with extra pillows perfect for relaxing after a busy day.

Bedroom 3 (Main Level): A fun and functional space with a queen-over-queen bunk bed, dresser, blackout curtains, and comfortable bedding for both kids and adults.

Bathrooms:
Enjoy two updated full bathrooms for your comfort. One includes a tub/shower combo, ideal for families, while the other offers a sleek glass walk-in shower. Both are stocked with fresh towels and essential toiletries for a relaxing, hassle-free stay.

Guest access
Guests have full access to the entire home and garage, with the exception of two locked closets reserved for cleaning supplies.

Other things to note
Parking Information:
The driveway fits up to 2 vehicles. Please avoid blocking the sidewalk, as both overnight street parking and sidewalk obstruction are strictly enforced by the City of Clawson. On-street parking is not allowed between 2 AM and 6 AM. For extra vehicles, free public parking is available in nearby downtown Clawson lots.

Pet Policy:
Guests are welcome to bring up to two well-behaved dogs for a flat fee of $75 per dog, per stay. Dogs must not be on furniture or beds and must be crated when left alone. Pets should be house‑trained, flea‑ and disease‑free, and quiet (no excessive barking). Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets, and additional fees may apply for damage, extensive cleaning, or policy violations, including loss of deposit or cancellation.

Pool Cleaning:
Please note that our pool is professionally serviced every Monday. The pool company’s visit typically lasts about 10–15 minutes. They do not need access to the interior of the home and will enter through the pool gate for service. You don’t need to be present, just enjoy the refreshed pool!

Lawn Care:
Our lawn care team services the front and backyard once a week, typically on Wednesdays, to help keep the outdoor space looking its best. They’ll be respectful of your space and are usually in and out quickly.

Note: For your safety, the property has two exterior security cameras. One overlooking the backyard and pool area, and another as a doorbell camera at the front entrance. Also to help ensure a peaceful environment and respect for our neighbors, a noise decibel monitor is installed on the exterior of the home. It does not record audio only monitors noise levels.
