Profitez d'une vue imprenable sur l'ocĂ©an depuis votre dernier Ă©tage, balcon direct sur l'ocĂ©an. Ce penthouse est juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ© de la cĂ©lĂšbre jetĂ©e de Cocoa Beach! L'emplacement est tout simplement imbattable! La jetĂ©e est idĂ©ale pour les personnes de tous Ăąges. Que vous cherchiez Ă  pĂȘcher, Ă  jouer au beach-volley ou Ă  profiter d'un bon dĂźner et de boissons, il y en a pour tous les goĂ»ts. Vous ĂȘtes Ă©galement Ă  seulement quelques minutes du cĂ©lĂšbre Ron Jons Surf Shop, qui est une attraction locale de premier plan.

L'unité 507 a un lit King dans la chambre principale, un lit Queen dans la chambre d'hÎtes et un canapé-lit gigogne dans le salon. Our stay was perfect! The view was amazing from our room (the rooftop view was even better!) and it was so convenient to restaurants and the pier. Such an easy process and Zareh was very nice and answered all questions before and after our stay. Very spacious room with everything that you need. We will definitely be coming back!!! Loved it!

Overall, the condo was decent and matched the description. Check-in and check-out were easy and convenient. However, the cleanliness upon arrival was disappointing — we had to clean the space ourselves, as there were dirty dishes in the cabinets and debris on the floors. Additionally, the grills were not working, and the area with grilling supplies was inaccessible for the duration of our stay. Other guests mentioned they had notified management, but the issue was never resolved. Unfortunately, these issues would likely keep us from staying here again.

Short notice trip, very happy we found this place. Beautiful beach view from our 5th floor balcony. We were lucky to be able to see 3 rocket launches in 3 days, including one night launch. Overall a great property in a great location

Perfect Getaway Apartment

The property was very clean and well maintained, with good towels, beach chairs, boogie boards and an unbrella. The oceanfront balcony was a great spot to relax and watch space launches. The kitchen was well equipped, and the beds were very comfortable.Check-in and -out was a breeze. There are luggage carriers to bring your supplies up in the elevator, and a keyless entry into the apartment. The owners sent a very detailed email with everything we needed to know about the apartment and our stay.The mechanics of the apartment worked well (a/c, fans, appliances), and the building itself appears to be well maintained. We liked that there was some covered parking, An outdoor covered lobby on the main floor (with television) and the rooftop deck were very pleasant.We look forward to staying here again.

This place is a diamond in the rough great Accommodations at a great price, and it comes with that million dollar view that every beach lover wants. We love waking up in the morning and sitting on the balcony enjoying a cup of coffee as the sun comes up to start the day or walking the short distance to the pier and having a few night caps have been coming here for four years now wouldn't think of staying anywhere else when we are in Florida

Wonderful place and location

We have been staying at Chateau by the Sea for many years. We love it! My only issue was that the Pier was closed due to weather even when sunny and beautiful outside. Whoever is running the pier is doing a poor job. That pier is awesome and for many years, we enjoyed it.

Perfect for our family vacation

We have stayed at several condos and hotels on several different beaches, but we have never stayed at one that has been so perfect for our family. There was plenty of room, the amenities were exactly what we needed and the place was well taken care of and very clean (everything worked, and didn't feel like the beach was left sitting in the condo waiting for someone to clean it up. We enjoyed the access to the beach, the pool, and being able to make meals without worrying about the appliances working or not. We will definitely consider staying here again!

Wonderful stay!

This place was beautiful and had lots of extra amenities available. Rooftop access is perfect for space launches and watching the sun rise or set. The back patio window was gorgeous for looking out to the ocean. The communication is great and they will keep in touch. They are very responsive. This building is right next to the pier, so it was perfect for grabbing drinks or dinner. The building itself has a pool and a shed with other amenities in it, like corn hole and shuffle board. There’s lots to do!The only thing was the pull out couch was very uncomfortable, but when I was looking at reviews before staying, someone had mentioned the same thing and I think the owners were replacing it. We just didn’t get to experience the new couch sadly haha. There are signs of wear and tear, like with the pots/pans and some of the furniture, but this place was perfect for me and my family vacation!

Wonderful Vacation

I can’t say enough how wonderful this vacation was! The property was in a perfect location, very clean and stocked with everything we needed. The property managers were GREAT!! They checked in to make sure everything was going well. When we had an issue with a TV they resolved the issue within a couple hours. They were very professional and kind. We will definitely be back! Thanks for everything Zareh!
