Chateau by the Sea 508 est fièrement la propriété de «Stay In Cocoa Beach», le plus grand propriétaire de locations de vacances haut de gamme en bord de mer sur la Space Coast!

Profitez d'une vue imprenable sur l'océan depuis votre dernier étage, balcon direct sur l'océan. Ce penthouse est juste à côté de la célèbre jetée de Cocoa Beach! L'emplacement est tout simplement imbattable! La jetée est idéale pour les personnes de tous âges. Que vous cherchiez à pêcher, à jouer au beach-volley ou à profiter d'un bon dîner et de boissons, il y en a pour tous les goûts. Vous êtes également à seulement quelques minutes du célèbre Ron Jons Surf Shop, qui est une attraction locale de premier plan.

L'unité 508 a un lit King dans la chambre principale, deux lits jumeaux dans la chambre d'hôtes et un canapé-lit gigogne dans le salon. De plus, tout ce dont vous avez besoin est fourni, comme Internet sans fil haut débit gratuit, des jouets et des accessoires de plage, des draps, des serviettes, une cuisine complète, un lave-linge / sèche-linge et bien plus encore

Profitez de toutes les commodités (sans frais) que l'immeuble Chateau by the Sea a à offrir, comme une piscine chauffée en bord de mer et un accès privé à la plage. De plus, il y a une terrasse sur le toit à 360 degrés qui est parfaite pour voir les lancements de navettes, les couchers de soleil ou tout simplement bronzer! C'est le seul complexe à Cocoa Beach avec une terrasse sur le toit qui permet des locations à la semaine.

The beach view was great. The condo was very clean just need living room furniture a little more comfortable. The host was,Great he kept you well informed about things that were happening such as shuttle launches. Taking place from nasa. The pool was very nice and had plenty of lounge chairs. Will stay there again and would recommend to family and friends.

Location Location Location

Beautiful condo on the fifth floor. Beautiful sunrises and right next to the Pier. Teenagers were able to have their independence and walked everywhere. We explored NASA Kennedy Space Center and Universal Parks.

Fun week on the beach

We enjoyed the view from our condo, the roof top, the pool...as well as easy beach access. We could walk to the grocery store and get a beverage at the Pier. We'll be back!

Week in cocoa beach

Loved the condo. Clean and convenient. My kids loved having a tv in their room. Only complaint would be that the condo blocked the sun after 3pm at the pool. Loved the view of the beach.

Exactly what we were looking for! Gorgeous unobstructed views, great location and clean 2 bedroom condo. The rooftop deck was a nice extra feature as well. We were more than happy with this place- definitely recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Stay!!

My husband and I stayed in 508 for a 3 day weekend trip and had a great time! Room was clean and had an amazing view! We really enjoyed having a full kitchen/microwave and living room area. Staff was exceptional and condo has your basic amenities like paper towel etc, they even provide supplies for the beach which is so convenient!

Wonderful facility

Loved everything about Chateau by the Sea! Perfect location. Beautiful view. Close to good restaurants, grocery, shopping. Walk to Cocoa Beach Pier. The entire facility was clean and well kept. If you get tired of the beach (I can’t imagine), the pool was great! Everyone there was so friendly and helpful. We look forward to returning!

Favorite Vacation Destination

We love staying at Chateau By The Sea!! We have stayed there twice now and will continue to stay when we make it back to cocoa Beach. It is a very clean place, Love the amenities, Love the location, it is very convenient to walk to all of our favorite bars and restaurants! Easy check in and check out, the property manager checks in with you to make sure you don't need anything. Love the place, will not stay any where else when visiting Cocoa Beach!!
