This unit has two master bedrooms, both furnished with King beds, en-suite bathrooms and new Samsung UHD 4K TV's. One of the master bedrooms also has a private Oceanfront balcony and walk-in closet. There is an air mattress in the living room if needed. In addition, everything you need is provided such as free high-speed wireless internet, beach toys and accessories, linens, towels, a full kitchen, in unit washer/dryer and much more

This unit is right next to the world famous Cocoa Beach Pier! The location simply cannot be beat! The pier is great for people of all ages. Whether you are looking to fish, play beach volleyball or enjoy a nice dinner & drinks there is something for everyone. You are also only a few minutes from the famous Ron Jons Surf Shop, which is a top local attraction.

Enjoy all of the amenities (at no cost) the Chateau by the Sea building has to offer such as a heated oceanfront pool and private access to the beach. In addition there is a 360 degree roof deck which is perfect for viewing shuttle launches, sunsets or just sunbathing! This is the only complex in Cocoa Beach with a roof top deck that allows weekly rentals.

The condo was very clean and true to the listing! The location was excellent! We even saw a rocket launch! We loved the walk-in showers and the extra towels. There was excellent communication from the get-go! This is our third time using this condo company! They are very friendly and helpful! I would recommend coming to the Chateau By the Sea!

This was an awesome place for us to stay for a few days! It was clean and beautiful with amazing ocean views! The beds were comfortable and the rooftop deck was great too! It was so nice to have beach chairs and towels provided, such a bonus! The parking was convenient and check in was great. Bookmarking for our next trip out to Cocoa Beach!

Everything was spot on the listing down to the beach amenities. Easy check in, everything we needed and could not find a more perfect location. Beach all day (right next to lifeguards so perfect for kids) then walked to the pier every night to one of the 3 adult hangouts. Groceries right across the street and lots of grills for cooking our catch after a day of shark fishing. Big comfy beds, monster shower, best pool on the beach and oh my that view. Perfect vacation for family of 4 and will be back as soon as the kids get a job at NASA. Thanks again for hosting us.

The place was awesome! The weather was not good for most of the trip, but on the good days the beach and pool were beautiful! Also the rooftop deck was amazing as the Blue Angel's flew right over us. We also watched cruise sips and a rocket launch from up there. Would definitely recommend staying in this room!

This is an older property and a bit worn. Location was excellent and we were able to see a rocket launch. Could use some updating but it served our needs for a family of four. 3 adults and an 8 year old. Nice beachfront location.

The condo was amazing and had everything we needed for our stay. The location was perfect! It was close enough to do things and still have privacy. This property will not disappoint. Would definitely stay again when visiting Florida.

Great host. Very well kept condo inside and out. Everything was clean. Appreciated the number of towels provided and we brought our own detergent so we could launder as well. Beautiful view! Top deck was a nice little extra for sunset.

Awesome!!!

The property was beautiful, & located right at the beach. Everything was already there that we needed, even though we brought our own items. Also, our dogs loved it. They loved looking out the floor-to-ceiling windows.

We are really enjoy staying at Chateau by the Sea, the vue from de 406 is amazing and the beach is in the backyard, The condo is well equip and very clean, also chair, umbrella and a cooler for enjoying the beach are included. highly recommande this place.

Everything was good wxcep had to clean the guest toilet and the body wash dispenser in the guest shower was either clogged or doesn't work.

A very well maintained place that I recommend without hesitation! The rental company provides excellent service. We rented an oceanfront unit at Chateau by the sea. Wonderful! We were traveling with 3 children. The condo was very clean, quiet, and very complete (cleaning products, beach toys, chairs, umbrella, etc.). We will definitely go back there on a future trip.

This place was just about perfect! Two extremely nice beds, bedrooms, bathrooms. Kitchen-couldn't find anything missing. Awesome view! Zareh went out of his way to make this a perfect stay for us.... Cannnot wait to come back again! AND the pool? was so nicely heated (we had rather cool/cloudy weather). Beach access was clean and had two rinsing stations just at the gate. Perfect. Cannot say enough good things.
