We’re thrilled to have you, but before you dive headfirst into the good vibes, here’s the lowdown on how to keep this place as awesome as you found it. Don’t worry — we kept it real.

🐾 No Pets/Animals (Sorry, Fluffy!)
We love furry friends, but unfortunately, they have to stay home.

🐶 Service Animals: They’re welcome, but:
- They need to be under your control 24/7. No wild parties for Rover.
- They’re not allowed on furniture. No Netflix and chill on the couch, Fido.
- If your service animal decides to go rogue and redecorate the place or behave badly, we’ll have to ask you (and your pet) to leave — no refunds.


🚭 No Smoking or Vaping Inside
We get it — Florida’s got that “sit-back-and-relax” vibe, but take your smokes and vapes **outside**.
- If you light up inside, we’ll charge a deep cleaning fee so big it might just buy us a new beach umbrella.
- No candles/flames inside please. Catch the fire vibes out back!
- Pro tip: The ocean breeze makes for a better smoke break anyway.


🧹 Keep It Tidy (Please and Thank You!)
We’re not saying you need to scrub the floors with a toothbrush, but try to leave the place looking as cute as when you arrived.
- Dishes? Don’t let them have a sleepover in the sink.
- Trash? Out it goes when you leave.
- Please don't rearrange the furniture, it was optimized across 10 focus groups and state of the art artificial intelligence. Ok, maybe not, but let's leave the furniture where it is.

🤫 Quiet Hours: 10 PM – 7 AM
This one’s not just us — it’s the *law*.
- The cool beach vibes don’t extend to 3 AM dance parties.
- If the neighbors call the cops because your playlist is too lit, we’re not bailing you out and we are keeping your mula.

🌊 Be Cool to the Neighbors
We’re in a chill beach community where everyone knows everyone.
- Be friendly. Smile. Wave. Maybe even chat about the best taco spot.
- Don’t be the one they’re talking about in the next HOA meeting.

🍽️ Handle the Dining Table Like a Treasure
Our dining table was hand crafted from Northern Florida Red Cedar. It’s a beauty, but she’s delicate:
- No hot stuff directly on it! Use a trivet or risk eternal guilt.
- Clean with a damp cloth — no harsh cleaners, please.

📸 Cameras
We really don't want to see you or what you are doing, but for Insurance and Safety reasons, we have two cameras on the exterior of the property:
- A Ring Doorbell on the front door
- A Ring Camera in the backyard pointed at the pool and fence
Please do not unplug or tamper with the cameras. They are cameras - we will know and then we will have to look at the footage 👀

🏊‍♂️ Pool Safety: Swim at Your Own Risk
No lifeguard on duty, so:
- Keep an eye on the kiddos — water and unsupervised children don’t mix.
- Adults, no cannonball contests after too many margaritas. In fact, no diving at all.
- Oh and the pool guy comes Monday mornings.

👶 Kids Need Supervision Everywhere
- Inside, outside, by the pool — if they’re under 18, they need adult eyes on them.
- I have 3 little ones so I get it, but this is a beach house, not a jungle gym. There are many parks nearby and plenty of places to burn off that kiddo energy!

🧘 Wellness Room = Adults Only
Our wellness room is for guests 18 and up. It’s a zen space — think quiet, peaceful, and no kids doing karate moves.
- You use it at your own risk. (But hey, it’s worth it for the relaxation!)
- The swing is for adults 😉

📱 Emergency Contact & Help
If something goes sideways, message us through Airbnb. We’re quick to respond — faster than you can say “beach day!”

Please, no parties without prior written consent from the owner. Additional guests, beyond what you've selected in your reservation, are not allowed without prior written approval. Bummer, we know, but it's the rules!
