This place was perfect for our two families while visiting the Harbor Springs area. The kids loved the outdoor space-especially the hot tub. The cabin itself was clean, comfortable and charming. The location was quiet, convenient and absolutely recommended.

We had such a wonderful time staying at this cutest chalet! Our host Sara and Sean were absolutely amazing and attentive when needed, the home was decorated so nicely, very homie and cozy feel and incredibly clean, highly recommended and will definitely stay again if we are back in the area!!

We have throughly enjoyed our time here. The house was perfect for our party of 10 (6 adults and 4 kids). Beautiful setting and everything we needed to have fun. Thanks for the noise machines they helped a ton. We will definitely visit again!

We loved our stay! It has everything you need for a family with young kids. We have stayed at many different VRBOs that don’t have much.. this one had everything you could hope for! It has toys, games, books, ping pong table that our kids loved! It had plastic plates and cups for the younger ones (we never see that!) Our kids especially enjoyed the hot tub and being able to play outside. The adults even enjoyed a small fire in the outdoor pit! Our kids didn’t want to leave they had so much fun. A very beautiful, relaxing, and overall fun weekend!

We truly enjoyed our stay at the property. The hosts were great on communication, check in was a breeze, and the property was clean and tidy. If you are looking for a nice retreat in in the woods, it is ideal. In the winter the chair lifts to Nubs are very walkable. Downtown harbor springs is 10 minutes away, and if you have small children (as we do) they will love open loft, activities, and nature surrounding the property.We hope to stay here again in the future.

We had a great time staying at Sara’s Chalet. It was walking distance to Nubs and made for the perfect launch point for our ski weekend. The little extras like games and extra towels for the hot tub made it that much better. Thanks for a great stay, hope to be back soon!

Quintessential ski chalet. So close to Nubs Nob. Sara was so accommodating. Perfect for our quick weekend trip — could not recommend more highly!

Sara is a great VRBO host. Responses to questions were immediate and the information given was very helpful. The chalet has so much European charm. The bed linens, towels and furniture; soft and comfortable. We loved the location to Nub's Nob for skiing and the hot tub and fireplace made for a great finish to the day.

Sara was an excellent host, available for all of my questions. Plenty of space, loved the layout of the home, a place for everyone to visit yet have their alone space. Pool/ping pong table along with hot tub a Huge plus! Very cozy!!

There were a lot of nice amenities here. The kitchen was well-equipped, the bedding was great, the pool table was fun, and we really enjoyed the fireplace. There are a few little quirky things about the house, but nothing that inhibited our enjoyment of our stay. Sara was very responsive and promptly met all of our needs. Overall, I would recommend this place to others.

Our family of five had a great stay! Great location for spending time in Harbor Springs. The house is clean and super functional. The main floor tub/shower water facet is a little quirky and a few of the outlets didn’t work - but wasn’t a big deal at all. Would definitely come back!
