Great place and great location. It was nice to have the beach access just across the street. Will definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our 10 days. This was our first time to stay in this area. Love that the beach area was not crowded. The home was very nice, lots of room but lots of stairs. We had a few issues and we text host. They came out and fixed them. I would stay here again.

Great stay - couldn’t ask for a better walk to the beach. Truly just across the street and great beach access. Our only complaint was that the pool was shut down for half of our stay due to maintenance issues. The house stayed at a very comfortable temperature and provided everything we needed. Would definitely rent this place again for a family vacation. We had 5 adults and 5 children ages 2-12.

The Good: The perfect location! This house was just across the street from the beach. Super easy access and right on 30A. The house was decorated beautifully and updated. I also appreciate they had a hose out front so you could rinse off all of the sand from your stuff you take down to the beach. The bad: We were only there for less than 12 hours and the front lock stopped working. They did have someone come and replace it the next day. That evening we went to pull the extra pillows out of the closet and they had mold on them. Most of the pillows had yellow stains on them and were flat and stained. The blankets in the closet were also dirty. I contacted them and they did replace 2 pillows with new ones and new pillowcases. The next morning I woke up and there was a cockroach on my bed. I did notify them and they texted me and said sorry, we will make it right…but that was it! The fourth day we were there the microwave stopped working. We had to unplug it and plug it in a new place. They only gave us two garbage bags, 1 roll of TP per bathroom, one dishwasher pod for the 11 people that were staying there for 8 days. It would be nice if they would provide more products and have clean linens even if they are sitting in the closet and perhaps not used every time, they should be checked to see if they are clean.

The house is in a great location; right across the street from the beach entrance. The area was lovely. Overall the home is in good condition. There are a couple of things that need addressing; the door frame in the upstairs bathroom has mold on it and there’s a carpet tack sticking up on the top step of the stairs heading down to the first floor. There were also several things missing upon arrival; there was no toilet paper in one of the bathrooms and no extra TP in any other bathroom, there were no trash bags in the kitchen, no kitchen towels, and no dishwasher detergent. The WiFi did not work well at all; the TV would buffer every 5 seconds making it completely unwatchable. That was an issue for our college football loving guests. Other than some food left around the dining table, the house was very clean and more than adequate for our weekend stay with plenty of space for everyone!
