The condo is just steps from a small public access beach and a 5 min walk to Sea St beach. After enjoying a day at the beach come home and cool off in the outdoor shower. Walking distance to many local restaurants including the Ocean House, Pelham house and Sundae school. This charming rental is the perfect retreat for guests looking for a peaceful getaway. -Renter's agreement will be sent and must be returned 7 days prior to arrival (will need ID and Car information)
-The person making the reservation must be one of the guests staying.
-MAXIMUM 5 people - Amount of people staying MUST match the amount of people on reservation
-No elevators, 3 flights of stairs (We are not handicap assessable)
-No pets
-No parties allowed
-Check in between 4pm-9pm (no exceptions)
-Condo Quiet hours are 10pm-8am
-The condo is located on the Top level (2nd floor) of a 6 unit condo building
-This is a NO SMOKING/Vaping property (inside or outside including parking area and yards)
-No drug use of any kind allowed, recreational or medicinal
-ONLY 2 parking spaces are allotted for the unit. There is no additional parking in the area or on the streets. OVERSIZED VEHICLES, RV'S, TRUCKS ARE NOT ALLOWED (License plates must be provided with renters agreement)
-Outdoor shower is shared with the other units
-Outdoor yard is shared with the other units
-Grill is shared with the other units
