Discover the beauty of Ocotal from this lovely 5-bedroom house. With 1 king bed, 3 queen beds, and 1 full bed, guests will have plenty of space to relax. Enjoy the convenience of a washing machine, WiFi and AC during your stay. The master bathroom even features a jetted bathtub for added luxury. We hope you'll enjoy your stay at our superb house.

Relax in the plunge pool on the patio and enjoy the beautiful sunset. The house is located on the hilltop with an amazing view of the ocean. Playa del Coco is a short 10-15 minute drive for more nightlife and shopping. We love Ocotal because it is close to the action but just far enough away that our beach is less crowded and mellow.

Our property manager/concierge will assist you with anything you may need during your stay. You can arrange for transportation, fishing, snorkel/scuba, photographers, a private chef, in-home massage, tours and adventures right from the house. You can also send a grocery or drink order and it will be waiting for you [additional fees]. He is lifetime local and knows about lots of hidden gems.

There are 2 bedrooms upstairs and 3 downstairs for a private feel. The upstairs has a large kitchen, bar seating, and a big open space for relaxing.

If you happen to need more room we also have a condo down the hill. We can get you that info and it is here on VRBO too.

Overall we had an excellent time. The place had everything you would need to feel comfortable. There was no shortage of AC units which was huge after hot days on the beach. The sunset views were impeccable and probably the best in the entire area especially while sitting in the pool. The property manager Luis was always very responsive in addressing any of our needs.

This was a beautiful home in a really beautiful part of Costa Rica. The house itself was perfect for our family. We had a family member with limited mobility and she was able to stay on the main level and avoid stairs for the entire trip. The bedrooms were all a very nice size and had easily accessible bathrooms. The plunge pool was a big hit and the beach nearby was wonderful and less crowded than others in the area. The house was close to many other cool attractions. All in all we had a wonderful trip and this house made it possible to all stay together. The host was helpful and responsive when I had questions. The house manager was wonderful and checked in with us several times to make sure we were having a good stay.

My friends and I came for my 50th birthday. My friends really put Luis to work! He helped them plan decorating the house, in-house spa days, a personal chef for dinner, and a beautiful dinner on the beach. This house is great with some bedrooms upstairs and some downstairs, so it offers great privacy for all staying. Thank you for a great stay!

Lovely home and scenery. However, the home was very dusty, especially the floors, which caused some in our party to get sick due to allergies. We found a dead roach in the fridge and little bugs in the kitchen cabinets. The separation from the lower and upper floors was not a good fit for our family and the balcony is very unsafe for young toddlers. However, our Host was responsive whenever contacted.

I am sad you felt we only desevered 3 stars. We are disappointed. Bugs live in CR and the balcony isn't great for toddlers...for sure! I am not sure how you were misled but your review hurts.I am sorry that out cliffside home didn't meet your expectations.

We reside in Arizona and Costa Rica as much as possible. We have been coming to Costa Rica for 25 years. We spend as much time as possible exploring the country and plan on retiring there. We work in the live event field and use Costa Rica as a place to unwind between large events.

We were looking in the general area and didn't know much about Ocotal, we used to stay in Coco. Ocotal is a destination because no road goes through it...a road goes to it. We saw a listing for a beautiful home for sale and saw it was close to where we were staying so we drove over. We walked in and saw the views and decided we wanted it before we even saw the downstairs.

The view from the pool is outstanding. We also really like the privacy the house has with the layout.
