Belle maison de plage avec toutes les commodités ... Vous cherchez l'escapade parfaite? Vous planifiez une réunion de famille ou un événement? Vous voulez tout le confort de la maison mais proche de la plage? C'est l'endroit. Rue calme, beaucoup d'espace pour s'étendre et profiter du merveilleux temps toute l'année et un cadre magnifique. Cette maison dispose de 2 chambres et d'un bureau avec lit de repos dans la maison principale, d'une salle de bains et d'une cuisine rénovées et d'une terrasse vitrée pour s'asseoir et profiter d'un dßner ou de rafraßchissements. Cette maison a également un trÚs grand patio inférieur avec éclairage pour le plaisir du soir. Il y a un parking dans l'allée pour au moins deux voitures et un parking en face de la maison pour un autre. La plage est à environ 10 minutes à pied de la maison. Il y a un tunnel souterrain (terminé il y a environ un an par le comté) qui passe sous l'autoroute et permet un accÚs direct à la plage. Cette maison est située entre Ventura et Santa Barbara dans la petite communauté de La Conchita. Si vous cherchez une maison loin de la maison, c'est tout.

A Wonderful Time in the Sun at La Conchita

We really enjoyed the nice house, ocean views, amenities, and especially, the helpfulness of the host. We had a wonderful time with family revisiting the southern california coast. The garden was beautiful and the outdoor seating areas are so lovely.

Loved the beach view

A lovely family visit. The house was really pretty. The bedding so comfortable. The owner answered all the questions , was easy to reach. Check in was a breeze!! The ocean view from the from porch is where we spent most of our time!! A perfect ocean view. Plenty of space for 4 of us with an extra room that can sleep a third person. A 10 min walk to the beach. Had a perfect t 2 day get away!!

Sisters Getaway

My sister and I stayed here for a quiet birthday getaway and it was wonderful. The house is just as described, and roomier than we expected. The outdoor space is fantastic! We spent most of our time at the house sitting on the front porch or patio, enjoying the lovely Spring weather. One thing to note is that you are pretty close to the 101 freeway and train so you do hear that throughout the day, but it didn't bother us at all. We just hadn't realized that ahead of arrival. Beds are comfy, loads of towels and bedding. Everything you could need is available in the kitchen. There's an nice office space that my sister used and the garage is setup as an extra hangout space. It's close to the beach and the The Cliff House Inn where we had great bougie brunch at The Shoals restaurant. Martha was super responsive and very nice. Check-in and out were a breeze. We would definitely stay here again!

Not great

Property manager was really poor communicator. Random man was wondering around the property and scared my wife, as he was staring at her through the kitchen window. Turned out to be the gardener. Also, house is next to a horse stable and smells of horse dung pretty much all the time.

The perfect home base for enjoying the beautiful La Conchita beach. The garage is set up as a wonderful hang out room and the outdoor patio was perfect for dining. We had such a great time and hope to stay at the home again the next time we are in the area.

PERFECT Getaway

Everything about this house was perfect! LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION to the beach! PERFECT & EASY! Comfortable beds. Lots of space for a small house! The garage!! (Hidden gem) The outdoor eating space was a perfect spot for my husband and I to enjoy wine and beer and TALK IN PEACE! We will definitely be back! The host is wonderful! So pleasant and responsive!

La Conchita

Absolutely beautiful! Everything about this property is perfect. It was beyond my expectations. The inside of the home is well thought out, very clean, and there was more than enough for everyone. There was 5 of us and we had enough room. The furniture was comfortable and great quality. The patio was perfect and the views were amazing. We are already planning our trip back to La Conchita. Thank you Martha for such a beautiful stay.

Perfect beach house

This was the perfect house for our family. We loved everything about it. It's very well equipped and it's clean and cozy. We particularly loved the garage and outdoor area with the banana and avocado trees. We loved having breakfast there. The front porch with view to the ocean was also one of our favorites spots. Martha was an excellent host. We highly recommend this place

Cute little home near La Conchita beach

Such a nice little weekend getaway home for my husband and infant. Felt welcomed and the beach is only a 6-10 min walk away. There is tar at the beach that can stick to your feet but there are cleaning materials and an outside shower provided at the property. Martha was easy to reach out to and the home was clean and beds were comfy. The views of the beach were also beautiful.

Great getaway spot!

The house is at the top of a hill so it is a quiet street with a view of sunset over the ocean from the front porch. The side patio is a nice place to sit in the morning and enjoy a cup of coffee watching the hummingbirds. There are banana trees and a large avocado tree surrounding the patio. It is a short drive into Carpinteria for food, restaurants, shops and parks. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Martha, for providing everything we needed. Great vacation!
