Welcome to your private lakefront sanctuary on Lake Anna’s exclusive Private Side. **Ober The Lake** is a modern, custom-designed retreat blending elevated design with the natural beauty of lakeside living. Vaulted wood ceilings, expansive windows, and thoughtful details create a luxurious and laid-back space to relax, reconnect, and make memories.



From sunrise coffee on the screened porch to sunset dips in the pool, every detail is designed for comfort, connection, and year-round enjoyment.

**Spacious Accommodations**

Ideal for families, couples, and close-knit groups, the home comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests across 4 beautifully appointed bedrooms:

– Bedroom 1 (Primary Suite): 1 King bed, private deck access, spa-style en-suite with large walk-in shower and custom closet

– Bedroom 2: 1 King bed, connects to Jack-and-Jill bathroom

– Bedroom 3: Bunk bed with a Queen below and a Twin above; shares a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with Bedroom 2.

– Bedroom 4: Bunk bed with a Queen below and a Twin above; with sweeping lake views; connects to Bedroom 2 via interior hallway

– 2.5 Bathrooms: Includes the luxury Jack-and-Jill bath and a convenient half bath on the main level

– All toilets feature heated seats and bidet functions

– Desk and desk chair available in the primary suite for remote work

Guest Access:

You’ll have full, private access to the entire house, yard, fire pit, dock, and driveway.



A pontoon boat is available to rent at an additional cost and will be conveniently waiting at the property’s boat house—no pickup, no drop-off, and no hauling required. Simply coordinate with our trusted local partner, DV Rentals LKA, to enjoy effortless lake days with more time on the water and less time in the car.



Golfers are welcome to enjoy member-for-a-day access at Cutalong Golf Club, a private 18-hole championship course nearby. As our guest, you’ll receive exclusive tee time privileges through our partnership—just let us know in advance.

**Additional Information:**

-The 10 guest occupancy limit is a STRICT limit for both daytime and overnight guests.

- Free Parking for up to 4 Vehicles. (No Parking or Driving on Grass) The 4 vehicle maximum is a STRICT limit.

- All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.

- Quiet Hours: 10 PM to 8 AM.

- 8 Adults Maximum

- No Parties, Events, Outside Guests, or Indoor Smoking

- No Pets



**Guest Requirements:**

In compliance with local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years old to book, and those under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian throughout the reservation.



Important: Before check-in, the primary guest must complete our Guest Verification process. This helps us comply with short-term rental regulations and provides added protection for guests and the property.

After booking, you will receive a secure link to complete verification. Please complete it prior to arrival to ensure a smooth, quick check-in.

Damage protection is required for every reservation, regardless of where you booked. During verification, you will choose one of the following options:

 - $25 per night non-refundable damage waiver (recommended): no security hold and a simpler, faster process.

 - $3,000 refundable security deposit: requires a hold on a card and may take several business days to release after check-out, subject to any damage charges.



Interaction with Guests:

We use keyless entry smart door locks and give you space but are available if you have any questions or need anything.

The location was perfect. It was quiet and specious the amenities were great! Our family of 10 enjoyed everything that was there to offer. We’d love to visit in the warmer seasons for the pool and lake amenities. Only complaint is my family wanted to stay even longer! Host was very responsive and left clear instructions for checking and checkout!
