This 5-bedroom home has 4.5 bathrooms, sleeps 13, and is just a 10-minute walk from campus. Ideal for large gatherings of family and friends during ND football games, JPW, and graduation celebrations. There is ample parking for the whole crew with a three car garage. Close to campus, shops and restaurants on Eddy Street, AND Trader Joes, you won't have to drive anywhere!

The main floor has an open concept design - a large living room with a wood-burning fireplace, dining room, breakfast space, and a gourmet kitchen with everything you need to make your own meals or serve catered meals. On this level are also a deck with gas and charcoal grills and a spacious porch--perfect for tailgates.

The second floor has an en suite Master bedroom with a King bed and two queen bedrooms with an en-suite Jack-and-Jill bathroom. Our bed linens and towels are high-quality and we provide at least 2 pillows/person. A laundry area with washer and dryer are available as well.

The lower level has a comfortable living area, kitchenette with full refrigerator, and wide screen TV for guests who prefer to watch the game from home. There are two bedrooms on this level - one with a queen and twin beds and the other a queen bed plus a full bath.

We also provide a queen Aero-bed with a plush mattress topper that can be set up in the lower level for any additional guests.

Our welcome basket includes a homemade coffee cake and everything you need for a wonderful breakfast!
