Imaginez ne pas avoir à traiter avec un parking Ditch Plains! mais passes de plage sont inclus! La propriété est appelée Double Pond et est un composé magnifique sur 2. 5 acres sur la route Old Montauk. Ce studio est l'un des 4 structures. Il dispose d'une cuisine complÚte avec avec vue à 180 degrés de l'océan avec (1) lit Queen Size. Ce est une courte distance de la ville (vous pouvez marcher) et ce est à proximité de certains des meilleurs restaurants récolte. Il est chic et moderne avec télévision à écran plat et WiFi. Idéal pour les couples ou petite famille (petits chiens considérés). Il ya des meubles en plein air, une table pour 4 et un gril à gaz. Ce est en face de l'océan.

Best kept secret in Montauk

Perfect location. Comfortable studio with great views. All the amenities are there. Great to sit on porch for breakfast and watch the kid play on the big lawn.

Awesome Space and Perfect Location

This was our second stay here. It is a great space with spectacular views. Ocean views with an occasional whale or dolphin sighting! Jeanne is a fantastic host who is super responsive. Walking distance to town and the beach is literally just across the street. Love this little treasure!

My 22 year old son and I had a wonderful stay. Close to town, closer to the beach, simple and clean. Table and umbrella outside the front door so I could work and gaze at the sea.

Exceptional

We decided kind of last minute to head out to Montauk for the long weekend . What a pleasure it was ! We stayed in the studio ( which had a kitchen ) and plenty of room overall . The unit also has a deck w/ barbecue which was great . The view of the ocean from top of the property is amazing ! The grounds are perfectly manicured and our overall experience was exceptional ! The apartment was perfect for our getaway weekend! It had everything we needed, plus pristine views!

If you’re looking for a great escape, this rental is perfect. A short walk down a private path, and you’re on Montauk’s beautiful ocean beach. Amazing sea views are right from your deck. It was tranquil, private and just all around perfect!

Gorgeous, peaceful and well kept

Can’t say enough good things about the property and Jeanne. I needed a couple relaxing days and that’s exactly what I got, overlooking the ocean no less! Very short walk to a beach entrance, and easy to get to the grocery store + downtown. Jeanne is very accommodating and helpful. Will no doubt be back.

Amazing Montauk Hideaway

Just set back off Old Montauk Highway is this hidden gem offering incredible views of the Atlantic Ocean. Walk to the beach and to town and the manager couldn't be more lovely. Offering tips for dinner, lunch and activities and checking on us to make sure everything was as expected. Highly recommend!

Perfect for Montauk getaway

So peaceful and fun!

My daughter and I stayed here for a fun girls’ weekend and loved it! Everything was sparkling clean and the owner was very helpful with restaurant recommendations. The walk to the beach was very easy, I loved our time here.

This place is just as advertised, a beautiful and clean property a stones throw from the beach. Access to an almost private beach a short walk away. I can’t recommend this enough - and Jeanna was a pleasure to deal with.
