Cottage Twin Pond face à l'océan avec pass plage

Apportez vos planches de surf ou de paddle !!!! et descendez votre chemin semi-privé (partagé avec seulement 4 maisons) jusqu'à l'une des plages de sable blanc les plus vierges de Montauk. Imaginez ne pas avoir à vous occuper du stationnement de Ditch Plains! mais le pass plage est inclus! Ce deux chambres dispose d'un salon et salle à manger ouvert avec cuisine séparée. C'est une courte distance de la ville (vous pouvez marcher) et est à proximité de certains des meilleurs restaurants comme ENE et Harvest. Il est décoré avec goût avec TV et WiFi. Idéal pour couple ou petite famille. Il y a du mobilier d'extérieur, une table pour 6 et un gril à gaz. Animaux acceptés, nous acceptons les chiens de petite, moyenne et non taille.

If you’re looking for a place to stay in Montauk your search has ended. This is a gorgeous house with a wonderful view and great location. It has a very well stocked and spacious kitchen and very comfortable bedrooms. The location is prime you can walk to beach or into town. You will not regret booking this gem.

Perfect Property

There is no other place I would want to stay at in Montauk. Jeanne is the best host and has the most wonderful cottages. I love vintage and this is a true slice of old Montauk. Beautiful views, perfect location, amazing beach access and the wonderful old world feel of the cottage is truly the icing on the cake!

Great spot for our family of 4!

We had a fantastic stay at this oceanview cottage! Everything was as promised in the listing. The house was impeccably clean and our host Jeanne was super responsive and had everything ready for us. The house is right across from the beach - you can't ask for a better location. A great trip looking forward to doing it again!

Delightful beach cottage

Spent a relaxing long weekend at the cottage. Well done renovation that blends the vintage charm with modern kitchen and bath. We cooked most meals in well equipped kitchen. Ideal for small family or friends who don’t mind sharing a bathroom. Location right on Old Montauk Highway so took multiple beach walks. If there for longer, might rent bikes to ease getting into town as parking gets nuts.

Property surpassed all of our expectations, and then some.

Property was immaculate with all amenities clean and available. The views and proximity to the ocean were hypnotizing. Our host was spot on, available and most accommodating. I highly recommend this property. We enjoyed a perfect Thanksgiving weekend and hope to return again soon. mjw

Listing totally represents this property - simple, clean, comfortable easy to care for and stay in, amazing location. Host was accessible and made everything easy. I went myself with my dog - it was perfect for that for a week!

Location, location, location..that was the best quality of the house.

Not much effort was put into making the house charming. Two lights in one of the bedrooms did not work. But the location of the house was key..right across the street from a lovely stretch of beach which we enjoyed very much.

Week at the beach

House is cute and comfy with everything we needed to escape the city for a week with a couple of friends. The house is walking distance to town and close to all the main restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

SoloTime for me

Every so often I need "get away time just for me." -No husband to cook for, or cater to his choice of activity.. This was MY TIME -just me & ME. I wrote in my journal, meandered on the beach, listened to the surf at night-had Never seen Soo many stars in the darkdark sky! A quiet comfy cottage, well cared for: My host communicated w/ me, as check in approached. It was Perfect!

Lovely experience

Owner Sally was extremely helpful and accessible, with lots of perfect suggestions for places to go etc., The cottage is really lovely, comfortable and well equipped - right across the road from short path to the beach. We hope to visit again the future!
