• Main Bedroom: Luxurious King bed with a brand-new Zinus Serenity 12` foam mattress for ultimate comfort.
• Second Bedroom: Perfect for families or groups with bunk beds and a full-size bed, also featuring the premium Zinus Serenity 12` foam mattresses.

• Recently updated bathrooms boasting full tub/shower combos, elegant tile floors, and stylish vanities for a touch of sophistication.

Workspace:
• A dedicated desk area thoughtfully placed in the living/dining space, ideal for catching up on work with convenience before indulging in beach activities.

Entertainment and Utilities:
• Enjoy two flat-screen smart TVs with access to all popular streaming apps.
• Modern conveniences include a washer/dryer, dishwasher, and complimentary high-speed WiFi throughout the condo and resort premises.

• We offer a starter supply of premium soaps, essential paper products, coffee, and basic cooking essentials.

NOTE: There is a $25 one-time PARKING PASS fee - payable at security gate for check-in. CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD ONLY--NO CASH.
No smoking or Vaping in Unit or on Balcony

**Excessive stains or damage to linens (comforters, sheets or towels) discovered after checkout will result in a fee being charged back to the guest. Black make-up towels are provided for your use.

Please do not apply sunscreen in the Villa or on the Balcony, it can stain the furniture.

Villa White Towels are not to be used at the beach or the pool. Beach towels are provided for your use, however, YOU MUST WASH AND RETURN TO BASKET. Housekeeping does not launder these items.
