Coastal Cottage

Two bedroom/2 bath cottage in Bradenton, located in Arbor Terrace. As an added bonus, when you book our home, you will have private access to one of the most beautiful beaches in the world on Anna Maria Island. You and your guests will enjoy your own private, white, sandy beach, with sparkling blue/green, gulf/bay water. The location and view are incredible, only a blocks walk away from the famous Anna Maria City Pier and Pine Ave, the main street in Anna Maria City, restaurants, boutiques, and shops. You can enjoy, swimming, shelling, fishing and walking the beach. You will have your own private parking space, with a charcoal cook out grill, table, umbrellas and four chairs, available for your use. This private beach is exceptionally nice for family with children to enjoy because of the gradual slopping of the beach into the water, there are no rip tides or undertow, like some areas, of the island. You will also enjoy our very comfortable, two bedroom, two bath cozy, clean, decorated cottage. The first bedroom has a queen bed with private bathroom and it's own flatscreen smart television. The second bedroom also has a queen bedroom with adjoining bathroom. We allow up to 6 persons, to stay, however there are only, two bedrooms and a couch, air mattress are acceptable.
Relax in a large spacious living room with comfortable furniture, large flatscreen television and free Wifi.
Use of a fully equipped kitchen, with refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and microwave. All utensils, dishes and pans provided. There is a washer and dryer adjacent to the kitchen. Cottage is close to the Sarasota/Bradenton airport and only an hour drive from the Tampa airport or about two hours, to Disney World, locally there is l IMG Academy and Pirate City, winter home if the Pittsburg Pirates, baseball team.
