Beach Access Oasis with Heated Pool and Guest Suite
This is a 3-story beach house with heated pool is perfect for family and friends to come together. Enjoy the nearly 3000sqft of coastal modern design. Wake up every morning to sunrise over the beach, beautiful sunsets in the evening over the river. Only a 5-8 minute walk to the beach!
HOUSE RULES:
*NO PARTIES, EVENTS, LARGE GATHERINGS OR 3RD PARTY BOOKINGS - this will result in immediate termination of the stay without refund and your removal from the property.
*MAXIMUM capacity of 10 people at anytime during the day or night - this will result in immediate termination of your stay without refund if over 10 people and your removal form the property.
*NO smoking, vaping or drugs inside OR outside of the property
*MAXIMUM of 4 vehicles may park at the property at anytime - no street parking permitted, no parking on the grass as we have an irrigation system.
*NO PETS/ANIMALS or ESAs permitted
*NO tampering with cameras
HOUSE DETAILS:
Lower level consists of a guest suite (ex. in-laws/teens/family) that can be closed off from the rest of the house. It has one bedroom with queen size bed, full bathroom, kitchenette, small living space with queen sleeper sofa, smart TV and one set of washer/dryer. Back double doors lead to pool.
Second story is completely open concept and consists of fully stocked kitchen with island seating for 4, dining table for 10, living room with a smart TV, desk work space and a half bathroom. Back rear door leads down to pool.
Third level holds the primary bedroom with king size bed, free standing tub, huge closet and balcony with great ocean views. Two additional guest bedrooms each with queen size beds and a shared full bathroom with walk in shower and double sinks. Second set of washer/dryer.
4 bedrooms total - 1 king bed, 3 queen beds, 1 queen sleeper sofa (in lower level living space)
EXTRAS:
- 8 beach chairs, 1 beach cart, 1 beach umbrella and 10 beach/pool towels available for you to use during your stay
- Hook and ring game out by pool
- Corn hole boards and bags

â POOL HEATER: The pool heater is electric and draws in heat from the outside air warmed by the sun. The heat pump works efficiently if the outside temperature exceeds the 45â50°F range. When temperatures drop below 45°F, the heaters will not be able to reach a comfortable temperature for swimming. Although we rarely experience lows below 45°F, it can happen during the winter months. Thank you for your understanding.
â DISCOUNTS - Rates reflect market conditions. No additional discounts will be applied.
â OUTAGES - Outages are rare. We cannot be held responsible for short/temporary community service interruptions including water, electricity, and/or internet. We also cannot be held responsible for technical difficulties accessing Wifi. No refunds or discounts should be expected.
â CANCELLATIONS - Currently, there are no exceptions to our cancellation policy, including those related to COVID-19. Be sure of your comfort level for travel BEFORE booking. We strongly recommend you buy a travel insurance policy to protect your travel plans.
â SECURITY CAMERAS - This property has Ring doorbell cameras on the all exterior doors that record audio and video during your entire stay. 24/7 video surveillance cameras surround the exterior of the property including the pool and garage. Inside the house there is a Minut noise monitoring device in the main living space that monitors decibels only.

It is possible to see snakes, lizards, exotic reptiles, vermin, iguanas, raccoons, feral cats, alligators, non-native primates, and other wild animals, as well as all kinds of bugs, including, but not limited to, ants, honey bees, palmetto bugs, roaches, etc. on the property. Per VRBO listing requirements, we are, therefore, required to notify you that we have âdangerous animalsâ on the property. All stand-alone, homes, excluding those that are not in a condominium tower, due to this possibility, however remote, are required, by VRBO, to notify you of the possibility that one might encounter both dangerous, and fear-provoking, non-threatening creatures. We have pest control services to deal with all of these creatures. If you come across any of them, please contact us via VRBO platform message system, immediately. We will work to take timely action to deal with anything that you may discover, both inside your space, or outside, on our property.
