Tout nouvel intérieur, planchers de bois franc, nouveaux lits / oreillers / draps de luxe à partir de 11/17. (3 reines, plus un single superposé sur complet.)
Grande salle à manger et coin repas. Lumineux, confortable et aéré; grandes chambres et un grand porche arrière blindé, et une cour arrière privée, clôturée avec barbecue à gaz CharBroil. Cheminée. Technologie intelligente maison intelligente avec serrure électronique, sécurité, détecteurs de fumée / CO liés, détecteur de mouvement (mais pas de caméras intérieures ni de microphones bien sûr), le propriétaire peut ajouter des caméras extérieures à un moment donné; wifi, netflix, télévision à écran plat, lecteur blue-ray. Cuisine équipée avec les bases. Lave-vaisselle.
La maison dispose de 3 chambres dans la maison principale et de 2 salles de bains, plus une autre grande chambre à coucher avec entrée privée accessible par le porche arrière ..
Machine à laver et sèche-linge. Rue calme, garage (pour votre voiturette de golf?) plus un parking allée et un parking dans la rue.

Family Getaway

I had both of my daughters and all 6 grandkids, we had a great stay. It was a short walk to the beach, and we had everything that we needed just like it was our own home. We would definitely stay again!!

Weekend getaway

You can’t ask for a better location to be on the beach within a minute. Quiet neighborhood that is still close to everything.

Perfect getaway!!

Beautiful home with plenty of space for our family! The house was very clean, and organized! Had every amenity you could need! Just a quick block to the beach at the end of a quiet street! Perfect for relaxing and enjoying the quiet!

We had a marvelous stay!

We came for the Riverfest weekend. The property is walking distance to the beach and boardwalk. It’s in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of space. We loved the fenced in back porch. Highly recommend! We would love to come back and stay again!

First time to Colonial Beach!

We loved the uniqueness and location of the property. Plenty of room for the six of us. Relaxing down time in this odd year for traveling. Property was a short walk to the beach and we did plenty of walking around.

Great location, well stocked house

We stayed here for a long weekend with 6 adults and 1 kiddo, had plenty of space. Wifi was great, plenty of seating and dining space, lots of gadgets and supplies in the kitchen. This is definitely an older beach house but was very clea, the only reason I docked a star on cleanliness was for the bathrooms - they were clean but need some TLC on the tile work. Overall we had a great visit and would recommend!

The property is old (old-fashioned radiators) but comfortable. It is a one-minute walk to the water and another minute to the beginning of the better part of the beach. I would not recommend it for the handicapped: my wife uses a rollator, and it was difficult for her to manage the stairs.The host was responsive. The kitchen is well equipped and can comfortably accommodate one person at a time.

Great house at Colonial Beach

This is a very nice house located conveniently within a short walking distance to the beach. Each bedroom was spacious with comfortable beds, comfortable living and dining room, nice screened-in porch. Golf cart rentals were available to drive to the many good places to eat and to watch beautiful sunsets from different areas. We were able to enjoy relaxing time at the house and fun times at the beach. It is a short drive to Fredericksburg which also has a lot of nice shops and good places to eat, and a train station which we took in to Washington DC. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Location was wonderful. Bathrooms were awful. Back porch was nice but needed a good cleaning and needed paint. All blinds need to be replaced so could open and close them. Paint peeling around a lot of windows. A strong Smell hit you in face when we walked in door must be what they are cleaning with. Yard and garden’s needed to be manicured. With the above improvements we would definitely rent again.
