Great proactive communication from the host. The house was really well stocked -- all the things you may need in the kitchen, soap and supplies in the bathrooms, etc. House in a central location walkable to the point and to the heart of town.

We love Colonial Beach

This is about the seventh or eighth time we have stayed a long weekend in Colonial Beach. We rent a golf cart and love riding all over the town checking out the houses that were decked out for Halloween. It was even better this past weekend since they had a Halloween Golf Cart Parade on Saturday afternoon. They also had a BBQ Cook Off and their Fall Festival. This was a great weekend to be at Colonial Beach.

My family is from Northern Virginia. My mom had a dream of having a second home large enough for her kids and grandchildren to visit and enjoy. We fell in love with the town of Colonial Beach and all enjoyed vacationing here and celebrating holidays. I currently live 2 blooks away from our family vacation home.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

Our home is on The Point in Colonial Beach Virginia. There are two beaches on The Point, our home is located 2 blocks from the main beach and about a mile and from the other beach. The point is surrounded by the Potomac River on three sides, it's a great place for walking or biking along the river.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Our home is spacious and has plenty of room for families spread out or to spend time together on front porch or in large living room with 3 sofas. The kitchen is right off the living room and offers seating around the u-shaped counter. There is also a second smaller living/sitting room with a pull-out sofa behind the kitchen. All the bedrooms are spacious and include TV's. The master bedroom is very spacious with an attached bathroom, large walk-in closet and sitting area with couch and small desk.
