Clearwater Beach Retreats - Bayside Flat

Summary:

Welcome to Bayside Flat - centrally located with easy access to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. This is a fantastic space for 1 or 2 people.

Enjoy the newly completed pool located at 617 Bay Esplanade. It is located a couple of buildings over. Laundry room is located at 617 Bay Esplanade and is free for guests to use. It is located on the far side of the building.



The Space:

Equipped with a full kitchen, including all necessary glassware, dishware, utensils, cookware, and bakeware. Drip coffee maker provided.

Large main room features a sitting area, t.v., queen size bed, and dining table and chairs. The bathroom has a walk-in shower.



Guest Access:

Private entrance from the driveway.



The Neighborhood:

Mid-Century architecture in the area, very "old-school" Florida in feel. It is a quick walk to the boat launch, community center with swimming pool,

pickelball, tennis and basketball courts. Four blocks from the beach.



Getting Around:

Clearwater Beach is very walkable. Contact Jolley Trolley for the schedule and fares.



Other Things to Note:

Park in the front driveway, entrance to the Flat is to the far left.
