FIRST FLOOR:
-Primary Bedroom: King Bed, Private Bathroom with Shower/Tub Separate

SECOND FLOOR:
-Guest Bedroom: King Bed, Shared Bathroom with Shower Only
-Guest Bedroom: Two Twin-over-Queen Bunk Beds, Shared Bathroom with Shower Only

*Guests who are 25 years of age or younger must be accompanied by a responsible parent or guardian in any vacation rental managed by Callista by 360 Blue. We do not rent homes to those 25 years of age or younger who are unaccompanied by a responsible parent or guardian. Moreover, there must be a ratio of at least (1) parent or guardian over the age of 25 for every four (4) young adults who are 25 years of age or younger.
