Guests have use of the whole property.

This is a professionally managed vacation rental. It is our utmost aim to provide you with the best experience from start to finish and even beyond your stay with us. Please don`t hesitate to reach out to us if you have any questions during your stay or if there is anything we can do to make your vacation more comfortable or enjoyable.

Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and we do charge $25 per hour for this service.
The first hour for early check-in request is complimentary (subject to availability), but any additional hours will be charged at that rate.
You need to be 25 or older to book this home.
Please take shoes off at the door - the sand (in the summer) and salt (in the winter) is very bad for the flooring.
Absolutely no smoking inside the property.
We love fur babies but expect you to clean up after them and report any damage before departure (if any).
Please be respectful of our neighbors - especially between 10pm and 8am - you cant see any of them but noise does travel.
Parking for up to 3 cars only.
The fire pit is available for use when there is no snow on the ground. Firewood is provided for the fire pit and indoor fireplace.

We provide one bath towel per person and two hand towels per bathroom. Washcloths are not provided.
Cell service can be spotty in the area. We recommend taking a screenshot of the Wi-Fi info before arrival in case of connectivity issues.
An additional fee will apply if pet waste or cigarette butts are found in the yard.


Cooling: Upper floor only - main living area. Bedrooms remain cool on lower level.

The top bunk is for children only.
