The house was wonderful. It was super clean, comfy furniture and had all the supplies we needed. The beds and bedding were extremely comfortable. Neighborhood was quiet and almost no traffic because it was on a cul de sac. Loved it!

Overall the stay was great and fit our needs. There were some hiccups with the wifi and even the lighting in the living room/ dining room. Other than that it was very clean and enjoyable!

House was a little smaller than expected. Upstairs did not cool very well compared to main floor. Typically rental homes are a little more stocked than this one was. The pantry was completely bare except for a couple coffee pods (not near enough for our group). Host was great but would not stay again based on house size, location and price.

Hello, it is a pretty nice place to stay, although it could use a little upgrade on certain things. There is no back patio, a place for a bbq grill would be nice. Parking is very slim for big trucks. The black knifes in the kitchen are horrible must renew. And there wasnt a cutting board on site, had to buy one at safeway.. Chimney is great.. lots of warmth.The main bedroom gets cold if the bedroom door is closed, might want to take a look at that. Easy access to main road... Thanks...

We absolutely loved this VRBO! Fantastic facilities, beautiful views. and great location for NAU and any central point for your tourist adventures. The Porter Vacation Rental Management (PVRM) group that manages this VRBO is very attentive and responsive if you have any questions or needs. I would strongly recommend this property, or any that PVRM manage.
