We offer a personalized experience, minimalist living connected with nature. Who combine the extreme outdoor with spectacular Waterfront/Views -Privacy & Tranquility. We have a 1999 38 feet catamaran with many amenities, a perfect getaway adventure for families , enjoying sunset , fishing, cooking onboard sleeping over âŠ.. unique experience!!!!!!âŠ. Price is for a couple $30 by extra person. Staying in the water.
A dinghy available for transport.
Snorkeling and fishing equipment onboard, Breakfasts Included. Water. Stove,BBQ,fridge and freezer, cooler w/Ice. Hot water and ac(no heating)
Our offer combines spectacular sightseeing and superb hospitality.
Activities that includes travel in the sailboat have an extra cost (230/hr). âąKnow your physical limitations and capabilities before venturing out as a sailor, fisherman, or freediver. The ocean is full of adventures, but it also carries many risks. Follow the rules and instructions of the Coast Guard, the crew members in charge, and use plenty of common sense. If you are severely overweight, have a medical condition, or any other reason that limits your mobility or physical capacity, please consider if this trip is suitable for you. If you decide to proceed, please inform the captain or staff in charge so they can provide you with the proper assistance. Boat House Rules
 âąPlease avoid foods on rooms.
âąKeep kitchen and rooms clean.
âąNo jumping on trampoline.
âąNo children unattended
âąNo pets unattended.
âąUse proper shoes.
âąWhen using the dinghy be careful with sharp/pointed surfaces to avoid damage.
âąLife Jackets: Always have them accessible and wear them, especially when moving around the deck or if children are present.
âąFire Safety: Keep extinguishers handy; turn off generators when using slides or near swimmers to prevent CO poisoning and fires.
âąMovement: Walk cautiously; secure loose items; never leave the helm unattended while underway.
âąSwimming: Only swim when the engine is off and the boat is stationary.
âąSun Protection: Use sunscreen, hats, and long sleeves; apply spray sunscreen at the stern.Â
âąStorage: Boat have limited storage space, always remember this when making the luggage, also recommend donât use hard suitcase. ( but If it is what you have no problems)
âąUtilities:We have 150 gal of water in tanks but some time is not enough when it is used like when you are connected to a permanent source. Same electricity consumption.
âąFood: we have a cooler ready for you full of ice. Also we have a boat size freezer and a fridge.
Recommend to bring snacks for the kids, we have a bbq and stove.
We have drinking water on board and ice.
The plan is making great memoriesâŠ.feel free to ask any questions or suggestions we will try to adapt to your needs. Captained Sailboat. The first mate or the captain will be at the boat the all time just to assist you: technical support and back and forth from shore. If you want another service, ask. If you want the boat by your self you can left an open voucher.
