Confortable dans un quartier calme.

Le salon spacieux et ouvert dispose d'un mobilier confortable et d'étages fantastiques. C'est une chambre ensoleillée avec télévision par câble et Internet, lecteur DVD et grand choix de DVD.

La table à manger est située devant des portes coulissantes qui s'ouvrent complètement (c'est une porte de poche) vers la piscine, offrant une vue tranquille sur l'eau et les plantes tropicales.


La piscine dispose d'un grand espace extérieur couvert avec des tables à manger supplémentaires et des ventilateurs suspendus et des lumières, des chaises longues et un barbecue à gaz. Asseyez-vous à l'ombre ou au soleil surplombant une belle piscine, entourée de plantes colorées à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur de la cage de la piscine. La piscine est chauffée par énergie solaire et entourée d'un aménagement paysager luxuriant.

La cuisine entièrement équipée et la salle à manger sont ouvertes sur le salon. Il y a un bar entre la cuisine et la salle à manger avec des tabourets pour des sièges supplémentaires.

La buanderie avec laveuse / sécheuse de grande capacité est située dans le couloir qui mène à la chambre principale.

La chambre principale dispose d'un lit king-size, d'un grand placard, de deux commodes et d'un bureau. La salle de bains privative comprend une grande douche carrelée.

Il y a deux chambres supplémentaires ayant chacune un lit queen, un grand placard, une commode et un miroir et une chaise confortable. Ces chambres partagent une salle de bain complète.

Ceci est une expérience de vacances exceptionnelle remplie de confort, d'intimité, de commodité et de beauté visuelle dans un quartier calme.

L'atout le plus unique de notre communauté est une plage privée sur le Golfe. Votre pass est fourni à South Venice beach ferry. Seulement un mile de votre maison. Promenade en vélo facile ou un grand parking au quai du ferry. Les plages publiques sont à quelques minutes en voiture ou à vélo le long de la voie navigable intercostale.

Le parc Shamrock et le centre de la nature, situés à proximité, offrent une superficie de 80 acres, des courts de tennis et sont le point de départ de kilomètres de vélo et de marche le long de la voie navigable intercostale.

Lovely beach home

Mini snow birds

We have stayed here before and loved the property so we came back this year for an extended stay. The house was very clean when we arrived and the pool area wonderful. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and had a very relaxing time spending time outside in any weather with the covered patio or poolside getting some sun and time spent in the pool. Everything within reach

Been vacationing in venice for 40+ years. This a great centralized location to take in everything . All of the beaches are within 8-14 minutes, even gasparilla island is just a short drive. The home suited all of our needs and the kids loved the screened in pool area! Awesome host, helpful, polite and easy to het a hold of. Will definotely go back

Wonderful, quiet vacation

The home is in a quiet neighborhood with quick access to Hwy 41 and was very clean inside and out. The pool area is a great size and will seat at least a dozen around the pool. The kitchen is well stock with just about anything you need. This one is on our repeat visit list. We will definitely look at this one first when staying in the Venice area!! The owner was extremely responsive whenever we had a question, with responses in usually 10 minutes. Fantastic all around!

Very clean, nice property.

Good all around. Property has a nice pool and enclosed cage with lots of outdoor seating. Plenty of DVD's when a little TV was needed to wind down the day. Good location, nice neighborhood. Appliances and kitchen utensils looked new. Everything that was needed was there, owner really didn't miss much in having this property ready to rent.

Spring Break in Venice

The property is well maintained and had everything we could need! The pool was really nice to be able to relax around in the evenings and when staying in from going out to eat. Our three daughters(ages: 3 and twin - 1 year olds) really enjoyed the pool and toys/noodles available. It is a short 8-10 minute drive to the beach. We always park next to “Sharky’s on the Pier” and access the beach through there. It is also a great place to grabs drinks and lunch on the beach.

We loved the house and would definitely stay here again

I had a horrible time with renting due to the site would say it wasn't available but was charging me . I lost a thousand dollars doing this and wouldn't get it refunded.

I apologize, Debra. I just saw this note. The summer was chaotic and I didn’t have a chance to look at reviews. I’m trying to remember exactly what happened. I thought we were able to resolve this issue. My recollection, and my memory isn’t great, was that you did finally receive a full refund. If that’s not true please let me know and I’ll contact VRBO Immediately. Again, my memory, they pd you in 2 payments. If you didn’t get that second payment please notify me.

Perfect place!

This was our first time to spend a week in Florida ( to get away from cold Pennsylvania winters). We just loved the house. We are thinking about relocating maybe some day in the future. I told my husband if this was our house I would be packing tomorrow to move south. It was very well stocked with anything we needed. The pool was area was delightful. We have friends that do the winter in Florida. They came over one afternoon and enjoyed our lovely pool with us. The neighborhood is very quiet. I took walks every morning. But we were close to many restaurants and places to shop. A+++ place to stay! I’m sad that it is already booked for next year.
