It was an okay stay for 8. Good location for quiet beach and easy walk to Alys Beach. House provided plenty of bed space and dining space for everyone. House quality was acceptable but declining. A number of broken chairs and other little items like shades. Double doors to porches would blow open all the time unless they were latched. Sounds easy till you have a lot of people going in and out. The online listing contained a massive false statement or it was just a lie or just laziness. It said construction on adjacent home was done but it wasn’t even close to being true. At 7 am workers were out hammering. A lot of people will not rent knowing something like that. Note that while pet friendly dog limit is 25 lbs, not much of a pet but I couldn’t find that limit outlined on the website. The downstairs bedroom which has the biggest bathroom is the access point for the pool and beach. If you have adults staying in there it might be rather annoying if everyone else has to go through for pool and beach access. There are not enough trashcans outside to handle the trash created inside. All week we had trash bags lining up to go out but no where to take them. If we had maxed out the number of people staying it would have been a disaster. Finally a bike was stolen the last night. Presumably it was left unlocked but know one actually knows. Somehow management has found an 820 beach cruiser bike to charge for replacement. This house is just okay.
