My wife and I have stayed in this location over the years and have never found anything that compares with the quality of the accommodation and close proximity to the sea.

Reviewer Comments: The condo is in a perfect location (on the beach), nicely decorated and upgraded (new bathrooms), and a lovely patio on which to enjoy the beautiful Belleair Beach sunsets!!

Location and weather can fix it all

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Multiple stays at this location which needs some updates. All is adequate but missing that special outstanding touch. Cleaning is done but certainly not with much details to such things as fans, under dressers, and high shelves. Outside furniture not comfortable without cushions and those were nowhere to be found The rental is missing that wow wow, gorgeous feelings however it is a wow wow paradise for its location, weather and sunsets!

Could use another frypan as one is insufficient to cook breakfast. Patio chairs were uncomfortable but came in handy to dry towels. Back bedroom was warm and had to turn down thermostat at night. Otherwise perfect.
