Lovely Location

This is our 5th year staying at the Belleair Beach club and we absolutely love it! Beautiful location with awesome sunsets! It's in a perfect location, off the Clearwater beach traffic with fast access to all the stuff! The beach is more secluded and peaceful than the crowds at Clearwater beach. This year we ate at Coco Crush in Indian Rocks about 5-8 min away for the first time and we loved it! Don't forget to check out the TikTok famous “corvette guy” across the street!

Nice view of the ocean from the balcony. One room was tiny with a bunk bed which was fine for two little kids. Beach chairs, boogie boards, a cooler, and some beach toys were provided for an enjoyable day at the beach which is literally right outside of the condo. I wish they had a beach umbrella. Pots, pans, plates, bowls, and utensils are all available. Good seafood restaurants are all within 5-10 minutes driving. The condo just needed some maintenance. There were parts of the ceiling and walls peeling, the patio door did not lock, had a slightly musty smell, etc.Overall, it was a good stay. It was wonderful to wake up, go out to the patio, and watch/listen to the ocean as we drank our coffee. Our boys had an awesome time swimming in the ocean and hunting for shells on the beach.

Great long weekend getaway!

I stayed here with my 2 boys for a long weekend for a Phillies spring training game. We had a wonderful time and the property was great! Perfect for a long weekend and location was amazing! The boys enjoyed the pool and the beach and loved their bunk beds! Place had everything we needed to enjoy our little vacation. Would stay here again!

Great start to summer!

Our family absolutely loved kicking off the start to summer vacation at BBC through Sandy Feet. The kids did NOT want to leave. The condo was very clean and even stocked with extra boogie boards for the beach, etc! Would book again, for sure :)

Founded by Emil and Angie Baltic, Sandy Feet VR is the product of years of hands-on experience in home restoration, design, and hospitality. Clearwater locals since 2004, Emil and Angie have poured their hearts into transforming homes across Pinellas County Beaches, creating unforgettable guest experiences.

Emil is a dedicated firefighter/medic with St. Petersburg Fire Rescue and the owner of Baltic Remodeling, where he brings dream kitchens and bathrooms to life. Angie, a licensed realtor, seasoned home stager, and interior designer, has been helping clients fall in love with spaces for over 15 years.

What began as managing their own vacation homes has grown into a thriving business now overseeing nearly 100 beautiful rentals in the area. Their personal touch, attention to detail, and love for hosting set them apart.

BELLEAIR BEACH CLUB AMENITIES:

The property consists of two buildings, with a garden courtyard, picnic patio, and the swimming pool in between. A spacious sundeck with two BBQ grills, picnic tables, and numerous lounge chairs occupies the entire breadth of the beachfront. An additional south-facing sundeck can be enjoyed on the second floor of the south building. Two private sandy paths meander westward through the dunes to our exquisite natural beach. Lightweight beach chairs and umbrellas are provided in some room types, and are also available for day-use checkout at the Front Desk.

Pet Friendly ($200 pet fee required) - only dogs up to 20 lbs

This is a smoke free area. NO SMOKING permitted on the premises. Violations of this rule is grounds for expedited eviction with no refund of any kind and a $500 fine.

Dog friendly complex - however no dogs allowed on the beach. Following breads are prohibited: Akita, Australian Blue, Heeler, Boxer, Bull Mastiff, Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman, English Bulldog, Great Dane, Husky, Malamute, Mastiff, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Saint Bernard, Wolf-dog Hybrid.
