Perfect location to enjoy the beach & bay in San Diego. Property sparkling clean, host fantastic, well stocked kitchen, bathroom, etc. walkable to fun bars, shops & restaurants. Street parking but was never a problem

Nice little place to stay in Pacific Beach! I stayed here for 3 days with my 14-year old son in late July 2026, and it was perfect for our needs. The location is great. It's about a 4-5 minute walk to the Law Street beach entrance, about an 8-10 walk to the restaurants/shops on Garnet Ave. and Mission Blvd., and just far away enough from those busier places so that it's on the quieter side. Communication with the management company/owner was incredible! The shower head was not working properly, I sent them a message about, and they had someone come and fix it immediately. As for cleanliness, it was clean for the most part, although there were couple of small issues, nothing serious. Apartment is well-stocked and well-appointed. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were provided. There were both bath and beach towels, as well as two folding chairs and boogie boards to take to the beach. Kitchen has a stove and oven but no microwave and no dishwasher. There was a small foldable futon in the living room where a smaller adult could sleep, and although it wasn't super comfortable, it was good enough. Like many places in San Diego, it did not have air conditioning but there are a couple of fans. Weather was hot when we were there, but we were fine and just opened the windows for the fresh air. Overall, a great place to stay for quick trip!
