The room was dirty and the patio door didn’t lock. There also was no oce maker, which was not convenient. Check out time was to early and they opened the door without knocking at 10am on the dot. The pool and hot tub were nice on the Bayside where we stayed. And the beach access was nice. I definitely would not stay in the particular villa again. And i would suggest the beach side just for convenience to the beach.

Our cleaning team is not perfect, and had we been notified during your stay, we would have been happy to send them back to address any concerns. Unfortunately, we were not made aware of the cleanliness issue until after checkout. We also confirmed that the sliders lock. We also apologize if the checkout process felt abrupt. The 10:00 AM checkout time was communicated several times prior to arrival, and our cleaners arrived shortly after 10:00 AM as scheduled. Property was exactly as described. The location was good and proximity to the pool and morning sun was perfect.I would only suggest more pool/beach towels.

Excellent resort

Very helpful staff and a great private access to the beach and a fishing dock with a hose. The view of the bay is beautiful, we would love to stay again! Very family friendly and felt safe with security around often!

The ice machine in the ice unit did not work, and that was a major hassle. Every day, we had to drive to get ice.

You might want to invest in some plastic containers w/lids. In addition, when renting through vrbo please mention that you need to give a40 deposit for the gym key and mention about the distance to the walk to the beach from the condo.My husband manages 20 homes during the summer so we look for details when renting.

Beautiful spot!

We loved the proximity of this unit to the bayside pool! The view at that pool was really beautiful, and was great for both kids and adults. The walk to the beach was enjoyable, and the beach itself was perfect! We really liked the beach chair service. The pictures of the listing were accurate in my opinion, and the bathrooms were dated but not a big deal. Overall, a fantastic experience and would definitely stay here again!
