Conveniently located

Jose was very friendly and accomodating. The place was just what we needed. There was a bakery within walking distance that had great coffee and sandwiches. Close to shopping, the airport and the highway. We recommend it!

Jose was a great host! He was communicative and helpful! The place was very clean and tidy and In walking distance to a great pizza place and grocery store, close to fwys and a 11 mins drive to the airport

Great apartment, only issue was the shower doesn't drain fully and water will spill out onto the floor and go into the hallway (would be easily fixed with a rubber strip and caulk). A/C for the bedroom works very well, apartment is clean and has good amenities. Jose was a great and responsive host. Would stay again!

It was great except for the front window being a shutter style that lets in outside noise and heat making it a bit difficult at times to go to sleep. If the front window were replaced it would be perfect.

Nice location. Central to everything in Carolina. The property owner had excellent recommendations on things to see and places to go. A good number of locals driving by with loud exhaust pipes, setting off my car alarm on numberous occasions, no kidding I found the place mostly quiet though. Security cameras monitoring the parking spots & entryways. Good WiFi. I enjoyed the local area, food and culture. I would definitely stay here again.

The owner was friendly. The place had roaches. The owner came right away when we told him about it and brought us roach spray. We had to spray every night.

It’s not is a touristy part of town but that’s why I like it so much. I would recommend renting a car while you are here. But I walked up to the local store El Mejor every morning for a strong coffee and an amazing breakfast sandwich. I usually had a bunch of really expensive camera equipment on me at night and I’ve never felt safer. The island is facing a ton of issues making it hard for the locals to survive on this island.

The property is located in a very local and unique neighborhood. There are 2 small markets to shop at if you need anything. The host was an amazing communicator and was super friendly.

Me sentí muy segura en la localidad y la atención de José, el anfitrión. Viuda y con algunas limitaciones nunca me sentí en riesgo alguno. Me ayudó a conseguir transporte ya que tampoco manejo. Altamente recomendado.

Very attentive host

José was a great host. Clean location with the necessities one would need. The first night stay out of 5, we arrived after a whole day and evening out and my roommate loves coffee and the coffee maker stopped working mid way. José was called and within 15-20 mins he was at our door with a brand new one. Thank you Jose

The rent was awesome the communication with owner was great location was ok. The only thing is the apartment needed some make over like scrape ceiling and paint. Bathroom needed to be change. Or restore and other stuff around the apartment otherwise I have a great time they are

El lugar es limpio cómodo, definitivamente vale el precio, los dueños muy amables y atentos siempre dispuestos a ayudar, la experiencia fue muy agradable, lo recomendaría y lo volvería usar.
