The Space:
Welcome to Sunset Hollow – your private lakefront getaway on Lizard Creek in the Quail Ridge neighborhood, Mile Marker 6. This spacious 4-bedroom, 2-bath home is perfect for families, groups, and lake lovers seeking both relaxation and adventure.

Outdoors: Enjoy a private dock with boat tie-ups on both sides, perfect for swimming, fishing, or docking your boat. Two kayaks and two paddleboards are provided and stored on the rack by the dock. The water is approximately 6 feet deep at the end, ideal for jumping in and cooling off. Multiple outdoor spaces offer room to spread out – the upper deck features a gas fire pit, outdoor sofa, loungers, and chairs with side tables, all overlooking the lake. The lower deck includes a hot tub, dining table for six, a grill, and a fire pit with five Adirondack rockers for evenings by the water.

Main Level: Step inside to a bright, open living room with a large sectional (seats 7), two chairs, ottoman, a 65” Smart Insignia TV, and a fireplace for cozy nights. Two king bedrooms are on this floor. The first king bedroom overlooks the road and has a Smart TV, ceiling fan, dresser, closet, and nightstands with lamps. The second king bedroom offers deck access, Smart TV, ceiling fan, dresser, closet, and nightstands with lamps. The upstairs bathroom features two sinks, a toilet, and a spacious double shower. The garage on this level is set up as a game and utility space with a washer/dryer, small kitchenette area, wine fridge, ice maker, and sink, with access to the upper deck.

Lower Level: Head down 15 steps to the walk-out basement, where you’ll find a full kitchen to the left and a dining area up front. The living room here has a couch, two chairs, a 65” Smart TV, and a gas fireplace with access to the deck. The first downstairs bedroom has two queen beds, a Smart TV, dresser, closet, ceiling fan, and nightstand. The second downstairs bedroom is ideal for kids or groups, with two full beds topped with twin bunks, Smart TV, dresser, closet, and ceiling fan. The downstairs bathroom offers double sinks, a toilet, a tub, and a double shower.

Other Details:
Parking includes space for three cars in the driveway and a small side pad that can fit a trailer or two additional vehicles (garage is not available for parking).

Pets are welcome – up to two dogs, 50 lbs or less, with a $150 pet fee.

Whether you’re boating, paddling, soaking in the hot tub, enjoying fireside nights, or just relaxing with a lake view, Sunset Hollow is designed for memorable stays.

Boats are privately owned boats and are not part of the rental.

We provide a starter set of supplies including dish soap, paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, garbage bags, and dish soap. Basically enough to last a few days.

Closest Boat Ramp
The closest boat ramp is located within the neighborhood. From the driveway, turn left and follow the road as it curves to the ramp.

Water Depth
Approximately 6 feet at the end of the dock.
