Make yourself at home in our 2-bedroom Sarasota retreat. This lovely condo features 1 king bed and 1 queen bed, perfect for a relaxing stay. With amenities including AC, an iron, and a hair dryer, guests will have everything they need. The 2 bathrooms offer a shower, bathtub, and hair dryer for added convenience. We hope you'll enjoy your stay at our lovely condo. Facil;ities include large pool, hot tub, Tennis Courts,one of which is a multi use court with pickle ball nets, BBQ Area and Club House with pool table.
We are ideally located for easy access to all routes serving all local attractions.
We are a short drive from the wonderful and award winning Siesta Key Beach. If you are a golfer, take your pick, there is a course for everyone within the local area. If fishing is your thing, you can choose either from the beach or a boat charter. Local attractions include The Ringling Museum and House, The Marie Selby Botanical Gardens, Mote Marine, Myakka River State Park
There are a number of Association restrictions and house rules, these include: No Dogs, No Pets, No Motor Cycles, No Panel Vans or Work Vehicles, No Oversized trucks, if you drive a truck please provide your vehicle information before making your reservation.

We have owned the property since 1999. We live in Europe splitting our time between UK and Spain. We very much enjoy our place here in Florida also.

We had previously always stayed on Siesta Key, we discovered Village des Pins by chance and immediately fell in love with the with the community. Village des Pins is a unique neighborhood with great ameinities. We are ideally located with ease of access to all main local routes and a short drive to I-75.
Village des Pins is the only community within mainland Sarasota that has with unique rental privilege. We are able to rent at a minimum 7 day minimium rental period. Our facilities which include swimming pool, hot tub, tennis courts, BBQ area and Club House are superior to many neighboring commmunities.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique
Our property, whilst 1350 ft under air, as the photos show, makes very good us of the space and due to the lounge and main dining area being a big space, this gives our property a sense of spaciousness. We are unoverlooked, to the rear of the property we have a lovely view across the pond from the lanai.
