SPRING SPECIAL!!! 2/2 BEAUTIFUL VILLA! 2 BR, 2 BA, Heated pool and Jacuzzi! WiFi

David, thanks. On arrival you entered the unit, immediately took shoes off and all run to see the lovely lake-view out to the lanai which is an outside area, all coming back inside (including your dog), of course your feet are dirty. We clean the floor three times incl bleach (as we have tile floors), then there is a thorough check. Coming from outside lanai you bring in dust as wind blows it constantly. We also come back immediately if you notice anything, just say right away, so that we can make it right. Also, this unit is getting fresh paint, new tiles and baseboards, as we speak in August 2023.

Arch, thanks for confirming what a GREAT villa I have for rent. LOCATION and the entire neighborhood is WONDERFUL and you are so right. Timberwoods has always been a WORLD-CLASS RESORT. The lanai now has BRAND NEW FURNITURE just as the inside and sorry for the storm before your arrival which brought in some dust into the lanai, as it is screened, but still outside - we clean the lanai every time prior to each check-in. Shrubs are planed around the lanai by the association, however you have to have a full lake-view directly straight ahead, to the side, shrubs grow fast in the rainy season - you were here in the winter. The dishwasher WORKS, has always worked and new, unfortunately you put it into 'delay 3 hours' mode, but you never called me. I always ask you to call immediately should an issue come up, I AM HERE IN TOWN AND AVAILABLE TO YOU 24/7 to serve you. Towels, washcloths are plenty and NEW in the 3 cabinets and bathroom racks (some old ones are by water-heater for possible leaks - sorry you used those). Additionally, If you don't find something, missing or not to your liking, I am always at hand and bring you extra items, new items, etc... as you wish. But it is a WORLD-class RESORT and we have everything there, all NICE and CLEAN and NEW. - Now patio furniture is NEW! Arch, If one looks at YOUR personal profile, it is surprising to see that every VRBO property YOU stayed in, you put the exact same bad Review word by word and using bad, unjustified words. This villa is beautiful, newly remodeled, with brand new furniture and never anybody in the past had a bad word about it, just see here from a guest who stayed the week prior to your stay: Excellent experience! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is our third time staying in a property of this owner. Bea is extremely responsible and reacts immediately to any concern. Bea wants her guests to be happy and comfortable. The villa was clean, organized, and had everything you need. Catherine, yes, very good reviews 5-star! Hurricane Eta was terrible, took 2 tiles of roof, quickly repaired on the day, sorry, out of my control. Window closes the other way, please call during your stay if you need help. We take pride in our business and there immediately to help and resolve issues. You called midnight about AC (brand new AC, apparently you pressed wrong button) and I have a 24/7 company which I dialed immediately and when they called back, your call was dropped, promptly called you back, no answer, left voice and text message. AC co was out within minutes (even in the middle of the night to YOUR request) and helped you put on COOL not HEAT on thermostate.

Jami, thank you, I am so glad you enjoyed your stay, most importantly. Yes, it is a very safe and beautiful world-class resort. However, I am so sorry you did not call me DURING your stay. Please please please I take such pride in my business, having 4 villas onsite, I am just a phone call away and act IMMEDIATELY. 1. The glass door on the shower is a double, not missing, you just need to slide it to fully cover bathtub. We are here to help! 2. Light in master bedroom: switch on wall switch first, then it will work! 3. DVD player remote was actually found in the small bedroom, so you must have tried to use the wrong remote! Again, please ask! No point in sitting on an issue/problem when I am just a phone call away, live locally. 4. The batteries are checked prior to each arrival and after you left, we found that they indeed work, in two batteries moved in its case at back of remote, all you had to do is to move them back or again CALL ME! 5. The TV box in second bedroom, I found broken after your stay so I went to replace, now it work. As we leave all TVs on for your arrival, it must have gone bad during your stay. Yes, things DO BREAK even if you pay for accommodation. BUT i am always here immediately to help you/have an army of staff to rush to you and make your stay as enjoyable as we possibly can, but PLEASE call to report your issues! We are here to help, we are angels, but we live in a material world where things sometimes break or you just don't know how to figure out. So CALL next time for ANYTHING! PLEASE!
