The villa is pleasant, clean, and well equipped. It definitely warrants a return visit. The manager was wonderful in assisting us with a little flexibility with the check-in and check-out.

We really liked the condo. It was beautifully maintained, furnished with many extras (every paper product imaginable, laundry soap, hand soaps, etc). We enjoyed the area of the property where the unit was located, in a cul-de-sac.

Agata got back to us very quickly on one small question. House was very clean and quiet. Very close to beach and restaurants we love. Pool was always clean and clubhouse also.

Another great stay at the Village Des Pins

We have rented a vacation VRBO in this development for several years running at this point nd this unit might be my wife’s favorite. Well done inside and out from decor to available storage to master shower (and water pressure) Everything you would generally need in the kitchen and lots and lots of towels! We’ll be back!

Spacious and Gorgeous!

Clean, up-to-date furnishings and appliances, terrific supply of beach equipment (4 umbrellas, 4 chairs, wagon, cooler, toys), friendly and easily reached landlady, quiet and pleasant neighborhood, community pool, and more. Really a great home away from home. Located close to major roads and attractions.

Great place!

This was a beautiful and clean villa that I would highly recommend. Access to the heated pool was a huge plus. The neighborhood is quiet as well. You’re also about a 10 min drive to Siesta Key beach. When we come back to Sarasota we’ll definitely try to stay here again.

Wonderful Stay

The owner was wonderful. She had the villa completely stocked and had made updates to the property, which really enhanced the villa. She was answered my questions and requests instantly. She made me feel at home. I highly recommend this property and this property owner.

Fantastic stay

Like the title says, Fantastic stay. The villa is spotless and huge with a great garage to keep the car cool. TV's in both bedrooms as well as a huge TV in the huge open plan kitchen/living room. Everything you could ever need is here for a brilliant stay. We stayed 2 weeks and wish it was 2 months. I've been coming to Sarasota since 1997 and this in now my favourite place. Everything from bars, restaurants, beaches, all close by. Very highly recommended.

Nice Villa in a Quiet Neighborhood

The villa was well-equipped and comfortable, with a large television, and plenty of seating space for relaxing or dining. I especially enjoyed the desk for working on some photo and video editing with my laptop. The location is right near the Tamiami Trail and you can get to Siesta Beach in 10 to 15 minutes. Even though the location is close to the Trail, the neighborhood is very quiet and great for morning and evening walks. I will be coming back to stay again.
