Beautiful new spacious home in Hacienda Pinilla.
Casa Nasua has been carefully design to fit large groups of families & friends. Very spacious rooms that allow several beds distribution to sleep comfortably. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom.
The indoors & outdoors space merges creating a large open space to entertain our guests. Private pool, dining indoors and outdoors, BBQ & fully equipped kitchen, living room and exterior sitting space outdoors. Beach club access and Concierge services

Located in community of Los Almendros only 1.5 kilometers to the beach.
This house has beach club access $5 per person paid at beach club front desk
Perfectly designed to accommodate large groups of families and friends.
3 bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms to provide privacy to all guests.
Bedrooms Distribution:
1. Master: King bed and 2 single beds (trundle bed)
2. Second bedroom: Two queen beds
3. Third bedroom: 2 bunkbeds with a queen bed below and a single bed on top (4 beds total)
Bedrooms are very spacious to allow this type of distribution.
AC throughout the house.
Fully equipped kitchen with an island and all high end appliances and amenities.
Comfortable living room with sofa and TV
Dining indoors with sitting space for 8 guests.
Dining outdoors with sitting space for 10 guests
The house has an open concept space that brings the outdoors indoors. Glass sliding doors from the living room and kitchen area that open to the large terrace space connecting both areas making this a very enjoyable a large space to enjoy the pool and social gatherings.
The house has electric car charger in the parking area.
