Casa Pipilacha est une luxueuse villa de style marocain conçue comme une œuvre d'Abraham Valenzuela, l'un des architectes les plus acclamés du Costa Rica. Il est situé sur un terrain étonnant et tranquille près du sommet de la colline surplombant Playa Tamarindo et sert de refuge tranquille, mais à proximité de la plage, des commerces, restaurants et divertissements de Tamarindo. Toutes les zones de la maison offrent des vues panoramiques à couper le souffle sur Playa Tamarindo et Playa Langosta et l'océan sans fin.

En face de la salle de séjour et la grande terrasse couverte se trouve une immense "infinité" piscine avec deux terrasses plus petites - toutes avec une vue fantastique à 180 degrés. Plongez dans la piscine, détendez-vous sur la terrasse et profitez des couchers de soleil parfaits pour la photo depuis ce magnifique belvédère!

La cuisine est entièrement équipée et offre toutes les commodités même pour le cuisinier passionné. Un barbecue à gaz est également disponible. Vous pouvez choisir entre deux salles à manger: à l'extérieur sur la terrasse ou à l'intérieur du salon. Toute la maison est projetée et s'ouvre sur la terrasse.

La suite principale dispose d'un lit king size. La deuxième chambre est dotée d'un lit queen-size. Les deux chambres ont des fenêtres panoramiques. Toute la maison est entièrement climatisée.

Amazing view and stay!

Lola was really nice and the house was everything we could have asked for and more. The AC, Wifi, and water worked without any problems. The view was amazing, especially during the sunsets. Definitely would recommend!!

This unique luxury house is located on the Tamarindo hill, overlooking the estuary, Playa Grande, and part of the Tamarindo beach. Surrounded by nothing more but nature, the property is an oasis on the hill and will make you fall in love with the view from the terrace and private infinity pool. Modern and rustic at the same time, there is no other home like this one. Ideal for two couples or small families, this 2 BDR house comes fully equipped and nicely decorated but if you come with a larger group, you can also rent the house with its separate apartment. Come and stay in this fantastic house and you will never want to leave!

Amazing property, absolutely beautiful. However, false advertisement with location. It is technically walkable to the beach but you have to walk up the STEEPEST hill and in hot weather it’s impossible. Also at night you can’t walk into town, too dark and sketchy. Property itself was fabulous no issues.

Thank you for choosing Casa Pipilacha for your stay in Tamarindo. Very unique and stylish 2 BDR home located on the Tamarindo hill. Thanks to its location, the property has one of the most spectacular ocean views of Playa Grande, the National Park Las Baulas, and the Tamarindo estuary. The drive is no more than 5 minutes, and the walk is about 10 minutes down the road, as advertised. Renting a vehicle is something we always recommend to make access easier, especially when you go up and at night too. Casa Pipilacha is ideal for couples and small families. It has nice decorations inside, a beautiful infinity pool, and lots of privacy. A/c in every room, hot water, cable TV, internet, laundry amenities, a full kitchen, BBQ, maid service for over 5 night stays are also part of what the house rental includes.

Love this house

The house is beautiful, comfortably appointed and feels like home. The view is incredible, make a point to be at the house for sunset! This house has amazing air conditioning, almost too good. The road to the house doesn’t lend itself to cars with low ground clearance, but not impassable. Will definitely stay here again!

Thank you fro choosing Matapalo 606 for your stay here in Tamarindo and for the great 5-star review. This beautiful 3 BDR condo located on the sixth floor is perfect for couples and families. All in one floor, fully equipped and nicely furnished, it sleeps 6 guests comfortably. The property is located down town Tamarindo, within walking distance from the beach, shops and restaurants. The complex has beautiful grounds, a scenic pool surrounded by nature, gated parking and 24 security on site.

Great property for relaxing, except for maybe the drive up to the house:) Made for some excitement as we navigated up the road around ditches and big holes. Would definitely stay here again. House had everything we needed.

Thank you for the 5-star review about Casa Pipilacha. This beautiful home is located up on the Tamarindo hill with one of the most fantastic views. You do need a 4x4 car to access the property as per the hill, especially during the green season as the rain makes the roads more adventurous. Casa Pipilacha is perfect to relax and enjoy a tropical vacation. The infinity pool and views make it special. The house is nicely furnished and decorated. Perfect for families and couples.

This house made our trip! We spent countless hours on the back porch just soaking in the view. We didn’t feel the need to stay busy because the view was worth staying in.

Felt like a movie star . 5 stars top to bottom . Great location . Plan on returning very soon . Also the drive up the mountain is not that bad . I rented a 4x4 but never used it .

Everything except hot water worked well at the priperty.

Hot water was in and out. The roads leading towards the property up the hill were broken and somewhat unsafe. An HOA to fix those roads is appropriate.

This property makes you feel like you have achieved life’s goal . It is complete paradise from the interior detail to the exterior pool and views . Very close to town and the road isn’t that bad . I rented a 4x4 and didn’t use it once

Beyond my expectations!

This location and our experience with RPM Vacations, the property manager, was fantastic. German and Lola answered all of my questions and helped book everything prior to our vacation: excursions, gas golf cart rental (highly recommend for the hill!), sailing, fishing, ATV, and jungle adventure. Our private chef, Cristian, and all of the people we met treated us like family. Our excursions were PRIVATE and surpassed what we even hoped for. I cannot rate our experience highly enough. The rooms, the views and sunsets the patio and pool - amazing!

Amazing Patio and View

We loved staying at this house. It is stunning. Even when it rained in the afternoons and evenings, sitting outside under the covered patio was relaxing. Kitchen has all the amenities and the bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious. Yes the hill is challenging. We had a gas powered golf cart but only used it when it wasn’t raining. We were able to use Uber to get up and down the hill at night. Hosts were very responsive when we had an issue with the WIFI.
