• Please respect our neighbors, local wildlife, and the peaceful atmosphere that Joshua Tree is known for. Noise travels easily across the desert landscape, and neighbors are very mindful of quiet hours.
• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
• The maximum occupancy is 10 guests, no additional visitors are permitted.
• Parties or events of any kind are strictly prohibited.
• No smoking, vaping, or drug use is allowed anywhere on the property.
• We welcome one well-behaved pet with prior approval. A non-refundable pet fee of $75 applies. Please ensure your pet is supervised and cleaned up after at all times.
