Depuis votre porte d'entrée et votre chambre principale, vous pouvez voir la voie d'eau intercostale d'Indian Rocks Beach. De votre cuisine, salon et balcon, vous pouvez voir Indian Rocks Beach et le golfe du Mexique sur des kilomÚtres!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family of 4 had an AMAZING time staying in this condo at IRB. Sue is wonderful to work with, she was easily to get in touch with and always had answers to our questions.The condo was exceptionally clean and the kitchen was well stocked with everything that we needed. The view and sunsets were beautiful to watch from deck. We had neighbors on both sides and below us, but the condo was so quiet we didn't hear anyone or any traffic. My family also really enjoyed the pool and hot tub! The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of pillows and extra blankets. The washer and dryer made it so nice so we could wash our beach towels and swim suits. There were plenty of bath and kitchen towels. The only thing that we had an issue with was the sliding glass door is very hard to open and close. My husband had to open and close it for myself and our children. The deck box is full of beach chairs and toys which was great since we flew in and couldn't bring much. There are a couple of umbrellas as well. One umbrella was partially broken, but my husband was able to fix it with duct tape and it worked great:) The chairs that are in the deck box are in great shape and were perfect for us. The only things we bought were body boards for my kids to ride waves. We left those in the deck box for future guests to enjoy. Since all of the beach gear is kept in the deck box you have carry it through the entire condo to and from the beach. This condo does not have access to the storage cabanas, maybe the owners would consider allowing access to a cabana for renters in the future to help keep the condo free of sand. We loved how close the condo is to restaurants and to CVS. The beach was not overly crowded and everyone was so friendly! Overall we had a wonderful time and would absolutely come back and stay in this condo! You will not be disappointed if you stay here!

The property is in a wonderful location. The beach is right there. We spent many evenings watching the sun set from the balcony. I love that it is a top floor unit and no one is above you. The pool has plenty of lounge chairs and we enjoyed the hot tub as well. The unit has everything needed.

Wonderful Condo

AMAZING!!

Everything was great with our stay. Easy check-in and check-out. Instructions were fairly easy to understand. Though we never actually figured out the main tv. The beach view was great. The patio was rather accommodating for four people. Would have been nice to have a storage cabinet down near the pool area. Struggle taking chairs and umbrellas to and from beach. A safe in the condo would also be nice. Over-all everything was great. Plan to return next year.

Family vacation

The unit was just as listed. Bedrooms were large with comfy beds and pillows. Large closets in both bedrooms with a walk-in in the master. Decent sized bathrooms. The kitchen had all the basics we needed plus more. Huge balcony with amazing views. The unit was beautifully decorated. We didn’t have any problems with outside noise at all. The pool and hot tub area was very nice as well. I didn’t swim myself but the kids sure enjoyed it. Only downside was the sliders were hard to open and close but that is really all we could possibly complain about and in the big picture it is a small thing. We would definitely stay here again.
