This bright and inviting coastal condo features upgraded luxury vinyl flooring throughout and a spacious, thoughtfully designed layout with private side ocean view balcony. The primary suite offers a king bed and private renovated ensuite bath, while the second bedroom includes a queen bed and convenient Jack-and-Jill access to the hallway bathroom with a shower/tub combination. The living room is filled with natural light and coastal décor, complete with plush seating, a pullout queen sofa bed and large TV, plus a dedicated corner workspace. A fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, added smart TV's throughout and a stackable washer and dryer in the unit add extra convenience for your stay.

• A/C: Restricted to minimum of 70°F
• Basic Starter supplies provided (toilet paper, paper towels, etc.). Management company does not replenish starter supplies.
• Parking: 1 assigned space + limited guest parking (first come)
• No pets allowed
• Age requirement: 25+ to book
• Access: Located on Level 1 (building elevator or 1 flight of stairs)
• No trailers, RV's or golf carts permitted
• Smoking: This is Non-Smoking building, no smoking allowed anywhere on premises.

City Regulations/Noise: This property is in an area that enforces quiet hours and a good neighbor policy. All guests agree to abide by this policy upon booking including being respectful of quiet hours, adhering to the property's maximum occupancy at all times and not engaging in any illegal activity.
