Un bâtiment à deux étages, sur lequel on peut lire l’inscription « J.W. Isakson 1894 » en haut. Au rez-de-chaussée, une enseigne indique « MPHALE Gallery Cafe ».
Un lit bien fait, recouvert d’une couverture rouge et blanche, avec une tête de lit en bois et une table de chevet sur laquelle se trouve une lampe. Des tableaux encadrés sont accrochés au mur au-dessus du lit.
Une salle de bain avec des toilettes, un lavabo et une douche.

La cuisine est équipée d’une cuisinière, d’un four à micro-ondes et d’une machine à café. Un extincteur est fixé au mur et il y a une fenêtre avec des rideaux.

This place was very clean and comfortable and lots of character. Only downside was that we didn’t realize the restaurant below was open until 3am both nights and it got very loud. So not ideal if you are wanting to sleep:).

Great deal. Great space. Great everything except 2 minor things. There is a restaurant one the 1st floor beneath the rental and we could hear it during the day. Nights were quiet. Also the shower is tiny. But overall, this place is great. We would definitely stay there again.

Getting in was easy and worked. Apartment was clean. Apartment decor was unique. Location was ideal and you could walk to several shops, eateries and a bakery. Would definitely stay here again.

Just loved this darling place! So quirky, from the display of rocks to the cool pictures. Beds were very comfortable.Only deterrent were the steps to access the apt, but we soon became accustomed to the trek.Calumet is a historic town that appears to be revitalizing, so it was wonderful to be within walking distance of the museum, coffee and bakeries, quaint shops, and above all, very friendly folks.

Everything is right with this property host, great, location, downtown walkable to restaurants and coffee shops, clean entire apartment including entrance. It is a 150 year old apartment that is restored and updated while keeping its character. The whole place is filled with art I spent an hour examining and enjoying but still found more and more later in the stay. You therefore are immersed in Calumet history and interesting art at the same time. I have stayed in many short term rentals in Europe and US this was one of my best stays.

This was an awesome little place. It’s a historic downtown Calumet apartment and it’s full of charm. It was clean and well-kept!The spot served as home base for us while we enjoyed the town and got some skiing in!Thanks for hosting us!!

We've stayed here three or four times over the years---the space is very clean, has a comfortable king size bed, and we LOVE the artistic details everywhere! It's also handy to be near the shops of Calumet. Thank you!
