Hi Connie, so sorry you had these issues during your stay. We usually have our inspector come in after the cleaners to make sure it was okay. So I am very concerned that you had these issues. I will certainly speak to our cleaners and inspector so this doesn't happen again. We have added wine glasses to the unit. Sorry, some were lost through time from guests breaking them. We have contacted a vendor to repair the blinds. We appreciate your feedback and we will make sure to address these issues.

Hi Kurt! Thank you for the feedback. There are some frying pans typically but will add them if none are in place. There was a waste basket under the sink but was told it was too small. So there is a larger garbage can now. We will make sure to check the water pressure in the unit. Sorry we were not aware it was an issue. We appreciate you staying with us! Hi Barry, we are sorry to get a 2 star review. We were not aware that you were unhappy with the property. Otherwise we would have sent cleaners back. Smoking is not permitted in or near the unit. So there shouldn't have been the smell of cig. We have been in the unit since and did not find any evidence of smoking. We have also replaced the cleaners that used to clean this unit. We have since not had any reports of cleanliness issues. We believe the size of the kitchen is accurately portrayed in the pictures and the 3D walkthrough.
