THE SPACE
You’ll have the entire home with 2 large bedrooms and comfortable queen beds. The first floor bedroom includes an adjacent office workspace and is steps away from the full bathroom. The second floor bedroom offers water views and an en suite half-bathroom. The kitchen features sliding doors to the outdoor covered porch and is equipped with full size appliances, cookware and dinnerware, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle and toaster. The large living room has more water views with comfortable seating and a smart TV with cable. A dining room is adjacent to the kitchen and living room.

This is a quiet and peaceful house and location. It was great to have shoreline access just across the street. We enjoyed watching the gulls and Brants in the bay, along with the fishing boats. Tracy was great with communication

The property was very convenient to all of Fall River and the bridges accessing Rhode Island. We were looking at local properties for sale, and this cottage made our searching so much easier. Waking up to the beautiful Mt Hope Bay was a delight along with the wonderful sunsets. If you are looking for a cozy place this will fill the bill.

As newbies to waterfront property we are always dazzled by the sunrises and sunsets at the cottage. When we stay I actually wake up without the alarm to sit and see the sun rise. We have been so happy to get to share it with others looking for a seaside experience without the expense of having to buy!

I'm from Rhode Island and have been an urban educator for 25 years. I love meeting diverse populations, travel and writing. I have been a STR hostess since 2019 and it is the most satisfying job I have ever had.

I have been a life partner for 13 years, have 3 small dogs and 4 grown children, --two girls and two boys.

Decorating, wallpaper, fabric, and furniture remain a crazy passion and I love refinishing oak and teak furniture. I also am very lucky that my partner is handy and helps me a lot with this STR dream.

I can be found at Bhostess.com where we host writing workshops and dinners at times with my writing partner who does her part in Spanish.

I love hosting because I like to hear about other people's tastes in decor! I get a lot of feedback on all my units in Barrington, Providence, Fall River and Westport and I love that!

Being on Mount Hope Bay is incredible. We love bringing people close to the bay to enjoy. seeing the sunset and the sunrise. I am active with sustainability efforts and closely follow the RI Coastal Resource Management organization.

Fall River's waterfront is emerging and I thought it would give travelers the chance to go to Boston via the MBTA, Newport and the Cape. They can also go to Horseneck Beach which is incredible or Grinell Beach which is just a quick jaunt down the road.

There are very few waterfront properties with the yard we have, the view and a good price.

The former owner painted a mural of the former amusement park that was on the space where the house was before it was all wiped out in the 1938 Hurricane. She has passed away and we will keep this as she was a local character that everyone in Fall River loved!
