Escape to this delightful house in picturesque Kings Bay, Crystal River. This superb property features 2 bedrooms plus queen size sleeper sofa, 2 bathrooms with convenient amenities, and a charming atmosphere that will make guests feel right at home. Very large kitchen with all new appliances and a large dining table plus kitchen bar seating for 6-8 Enjoy all that Crystal River has to offer when you stay at our place. Located in Kings Bay with easy Gulf access this property has stunning views, unbelievable sunrises and is located in a desirable neighborhood . A screened in pool(NOT HEATED) will allow you to relax after a day on the water. No hot tub or spa! Plenty of outdoor eating space Floating dock also available to guests. Two kayaks with life jackets for two adults . Relaxation and family time is key to the ambience we are trying to provide as you visit the gem that is Florida's Nature coast. You will have the opoortunity to see wildlife such as manatees, dolphins, birds, gators and if you're lucky otters.
Situated only minutes from downtown and plenty of excellent restuarants and bars you will also be very close to world famous Three Sisters Springs famed for its high population of manatees particularly in the winter months Other favorite spots are Hunters Spring and Ft Island Beach.We are about an hour and half from Tampa airport and two hours from Orlando and attractions such as Disney and Universal. Heading an hour and half south will bring you to the beautiful beaches of Clearwater. Your hosts live in Crystal River and pride themselves on excellent local knowledge of tours available, places off the beaten track and like to try and make your stay unique to you.

AMAZING host! Great communication from the host and very clean house. We brought our boat and didn’t have any trouble keeping it on site. We were very happy with our stay and look forward to staying here again!

The house was perfect for our family. Well stocked with essentials and Annie was very easy to communicate with. We brought a boat- getting in/out of the driveway was a little tight but manageable. The dock was great for fishing and the kids also enjoyed the kayaks and the pool.

Awesome property. We travel 8-10 times a year and this host is by far the best. Great communication without being pushy, the house is stocked with everything you could want want on vacation. The property was clean and the outdoor area is incredible. Shade by the pool and the floating dock are perfect for crystal river

We had such an amazing time! Easy check in even early, on arrival my dog was treated with love! The hospitality of the host and great communication! The pool is refreshing on a hot Florida day with great sunrise views, kayaking to the beautiful areas. Had the captain pick us up on the dock and enjoyed a sunset cruise also location is perfect we went to Ozello for an airboat ride that was amazing in the flats! My family will be back! This is such a wonderful place to stay!

Annie was a fabulous host, readily available to answer any questions or make suggestions for activities, dining etc. The home is perfectly located to virtually everything in the Crystal River area. Clean and so functional. Beautiful kitchen! Comfy accommodations throughout. Pool, waterfront views it’s a gem. Highly recommend.

Annie was an excellent host. The house was very well stocked with everything you could need from the kitchen, to the bathroom to the kayaks. It was clean, the pool was clean and the dock was so easily accessible. It was wonderful to sit on the lanai and watch the water. Thank you!

We had such a relaxing visit - the host was very responsive and incredibly thoughtful. We had plenty of suggestions of things to do in the area and activities at the home to keep us entertained. We enjoyed cooking in one night - the kitchen is well stocked and brand new. The sunrise and sunsets over the water are a real treat and our kids were thrilled to see so many animals (crab, fish, otter, ducks and turtles) during our quick weekend stay.

This house had everything. We kayaked right from the dock to see manatees in the same spot where tour boats were. We loved the screened porch. Annie had so many lovely touches for Valentine’s Day. She checked in to make sure we were safe through a quite impressive storm. This was our 2nd trip to Crystal River and we would book this place again.

The check-ins to ensure everything was perfect and the unforgettable boat ride were beyond anything we’ve ever experienced. It felt less like a transaction and more like being welcomed by friends.We also absolutely loved being surrounded by nature and seeing the manatees. Annie's place was exactly as described. The house was exceptionally clean and well equipped. We made good use of the porch, pool and dock. I recommend this property for anyone looking to take advantage of scalloping or visiting area springs.

Great house on the water. Very comfortable and everything we needed. We kept our boat on the floating dock which was extremely convenient not having to fight the boat ramp each day. Best part was coming back from scalloping/fishing each day and jumping in the pool.

Great location, comfortable and well stocked property, beautiful views. We really enjoyed a short 3 day getaway with our pup at this property. Owner was very responsive and provided nice little extras at the property (dog bed and bowls, "in case you forgot anything" basket, even a cold bottle of champagne).
