We enjoyed a wonderful week at this Marco Island home. Family of 4 with 2 teenagers so we loved having the extra bedrooms for everyone to be comfortable. The canal views from the house are fantastic and the neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. Short walk (or bike) to the beach for nightly sunsets, beach shops, mini golf and restaurants. We loved the location! Property management company was extremely responsive which we appreciated especially being a holiday week.

We stayed at this property as a family with young children and found the home to be clean, well-maintained, and in an ok location.However, one important detail was not clear in the listing: one of the four advertised bedrooms shares a ceiling directly with the main kitchen and living area. Because of this, noise from normal evening activity travels very clearly into that room, making it difficult to use as a bedroom for sleeping—particularly for families with young children needing a nap or anyone with an earlier bedtime.For our group, this meant the home functioned more like a three-bedroom than a four-bedroom house.Overall, the property itself is nice, but I would recommend that future guests confirm the layout and consider whether this setup will work for their needs.

It’s disappointing to see such a negative rating for this beautiful property, which is situated within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, shops, movie theater, and a miniature golf course. The property also faces west, providing lovely afternoon sunlight.
We would like to clarify that the residence is accurately represented as a four-bedroom home, with the layout, photography, and description provided in the listing reflecting the configuration in detail. The bedroom referenced is a fully enclosed and thoughtfully designed sleeping space that has consistently served guests comfortably.
As with many architecturally open, coastal homes, there can be a degree of natural sound transfer between living areas and adjacent spaces. For guests with particular sensitivities to noise or specific scheduling needs, we are always happy to provide additional details in advance to ensure the home is the ideal fit.
During your stay, we made every effort to address your concerns and offered a resolution at that time, which was ultimately declined. Additionally, the property owner retrieved and mailed your forgotten item back to you at no extra cost.

This was a family vacation for our extended family - Grandma, Grandpa, 2 adult kids and their spouses, a 17 month old baby and a 14 month old baby. The house is immaculate and very well appointed with everything one would need, plus some! Ample towels, both pool and bath, plenty of silverware, plates, etc! The pool and hot tub were a big hit, as were the kayaks! The location is great -on a quiet culdesac but within walking distance to ice cream and restaurants. It was a short drive to the public beach access parking lots. The ONLY real negative was that the 4th bedroom walls don't go all the way to the ceiling, so it was noisy especially in the mornings. The management company was very quick to respond to our (silly) questions. Overall, this was a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this property! I even took photos of some of the finishes in the home. Beautiful!
