Sleeping arrangements
Five bedrooms are spread across two levels, offering a total of ten beds for up to eleven guests. Downstairs you’ll find a bedroom with a Queen bed and another bedroom arranged with two Twin beds plus a Full bed in a bunk‑style layout. Upstairs hosts a King bed in one room, a bunk‑style room with four Twin beds, and an additional bedroom with a Queen bed. Four bathrooms are conveniently located throughout the home.
Indoor living
The large living area provides ample space for gathering, board games, or quiet moments after a day of exploring. A fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a spacious indoor dining area makes meal preparation and shared meals effortless. A washer and dryer, Wi‑Fi, a dedicated workspace, and a TV add comfort and convenience, while essential linens and towels are supplied.
Outdoor living
Step onto the patio to find a private pool that can be heated on request, surrounded by comfortable outdoor furniture and a backyard space perfect for relaxation. A BBQ grill is available for simple outdoor meals, and the open layout invites you to enjoy the warm Florida evenings.

Your stay includes free access to The Retreat at ChampionsGate, where you can enjoy a resort‑style pool with water slide, lazy river, tiki bar, fitness center, movie theater, games room, playground, volleyball courts, and six clay tennis courts. Golf lovers can take advantage of the public 18‑hole course, driving range, putting green, and clubhouse with pro shop.

The home is equipped with air conditioning, heating, smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and first‑aid kit. Families will appreciate the Pack ’n Play/travel crib, high chair, and children’s dinnerware. Pets are welcome, and long‑term stays are accepted.

Other Things to Note:
The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.
A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:
-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.
-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.
If you would like to add pool heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.
Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.
It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.

This is a beautiful condo that is much larger than it appears in photos. It was very clean and the attention to detail with the decorations was impressive. The beds were SO comfortable. We were a bit bummed we couldn’t use the pool due to an issue with a broken light but the owner was responsive. We would have liked to be refunded for the broken pool as that was the reason we booked this specific condo but perhaps that can still be resolved. This is a lovely condo and they have done a great job making it cozy for guests.
