Troisième propriété de la plage, belle mise à jour victorienne, avec des appareils en acier inoxydable et des comptoirs en granit, au cœur du quartier historique de Beach Haven, en face du parc bi-centenaire, à quelques pas du musée, de la salle d'exposition, du théâtre de survol, de merveilleux restaurants, cet appartement a son propre porche couvert privé avec des meubles de porche, entrée privée.

Grande cour, idéale pour les barbecues familiaux, la propriété est clôturée, idéale pour les enfants à jouer. Si vous le souhaitez, le parc du Bicentenaire de l'autre côté de la rue prévoit des groupes de jeu de plus en plus grands. Promenez-vous dans les rues tout autour de cette maison et sentez-vous que vous êtes dans une zone spéciale avec de beaux victoriens du début du siècle et de magnifiques cottages Shore.

Great location. Could walk to everything, including where other family stayed. Loved having the covered porch for the rainy day and the shade. Having the yard to sit in and grill was also a bonus. Good size for our family of 3. You do have to walk through the bathroom to get to one bedroom.

Perfect pied a terre within steps to the beach. Previously spent every summer on LBI and caught a post Memorial Day opening for this. Couldn't be better for a short beach stay really. One block away from the Sea Shell Tiki and another twenty feet from the beach. IYKYK.

What a perfect rental for a short family weekend!! My elderly mom and my teenage daughter and her friend had the best time! We walked everywhere, even in the rain! The location is perfect! Teenagers feel so independent and the elderly get to walk to the theater and restaurants. The house has all you need. Even though you only have 1 bathroom, it is a large bathroom and since we are family, it was never an issue. Nice owners and very responsive. I would rent again for sure.

We had a fabulous stay at this apartment. The owners are wonderful and everything was clean and orderly .. just lovely ! The only stupid criticism: Not that we went to the beach to sit and watch TV but when we did, it was very difficult to get the TV to work- connecting to channels was a challenge .I can't wait to go back again next year and visit my beloved Long Beach Island

The apartment was perfect for 4 adults to enjoy a few days in Beach Haven. It was very clean, the beds and couches were comfortable and it was conveniently located to shopping and restaurants. We didn't utilize the kitchen, but it was stocked with the basic cookware and dishes, so we could have cooked if we wanted to. Maria was an attentive host. We would stay here again.

Super close to the beach, great location

Very cute unit, nice and clean, has everything you will need for a getaway. Conveniently located, a couple mins walk to all the shops, park and other attractions, beach is only 1 block away. Owners are very friendly and helpful, we really enjoyed our time there and will definitely re-visit.

Beach Haven Family Wedding

Enjoyable visit to Beach Haven for a family wedding. House was great, very clean, comfortable and cute. Stairs are very narrow and steep. Location is great, park across the street was very nice. Nice proximity to beach!

Maria was a great host! Full of helpful advice and very gracious. The location is the thing...right in the middle of Beach Haven's historic district and an easy walk to the beach and many local attractions and restaurants!

Sweet relaxation

We stayed three nights and enjoyed preseason rates in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The apartment was immaculate. It had full amenities and a great location that allowed us to walk anywhere we wanted to go.

Needed a place for a short stay, wedding at Brant Beach Yacht Club. Perfect location, quick jaunt to the beach. Couldn’t ask for a more convenient location! Place was everything we needed. Would return again and again!!!

Fine lodging- great location

It was nice. Unit was smaller than expected. Kitchen felt a little grimy and we didn’t want to use the dish wear because there was no dishwasher and we didn’t know how prior tenants cleaned things. Location was great.
