Appartement confortable sur le front de mer

Bel appartement au premier étage avec vue sur la mer situé dans le centre de Puerto Pollensa. 3 chambres, 2 salles de douche et un WC séparé. À quelques pas de la grande plage de sable et avec 2 grandes terrasses entièrement meublées pour profiter du soleil de Majorque ou dîner en plein air. Air conditionné

Cet appartement est un duplex avec de grandes terrasses à chaque étage avec vue sur la mer. Situé en face de la magnifique marina et de la grande plage de sable de Puerto Pollensa, l'appartement se trouve à proximité des commerces et des restaurants. Les balcons sont entièrement meublés avec une table et des chaises, des parasols et des chaises longues à l'étage peuvent être trouvés. Les terrasses des appartements sont idéales pour bronzer, manger ou simplement regarder le monde passer. Avec de belles vues sur la mer et la plage à quelques pas de l'entrée.

L'intérieur de l'appartement est réparti sur deux niveaux. Le premier étage comprend un salon / salle à manger récemment rénové (2019) avec télévision par satellite et lecteur DVD. De là, on accède à la première des terrasses. Une cuisine récemment équipée est très bien équipée avec plaques électriques, four électrique, lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes, réfrigérateur / congélateur et machine à laver. A cet étage, il y a deux chambres à coucher climatisées et récemment rénovées (2019); (une avec un lit double et une avec des lits jumeaux), une salle de douche nouvellement équipée et des toilettes séparées supplémentaires.

À l'étage supérieur, vous trouverez une chambre principale climatisée moderne avec un lit double et une salle de bains privative récemment aménagée. Un grand balcon isolé est accessible depuis cette chambre avec chaises longues et vue sur la mer.

Nous avons une salle de sport à une minute à pied de l'appartement. Vérifiez le gymnase de Puerto Pollensa sur Google Maps. L'accès est gratuit pour les clients. Rappelez-nous simplement qui vous êtes quand vous mangez :)

Absolutely loved staying here, location excellent. Lovely large terrace off the living room and another off main bedroom both overlooking the harbour. Clean , well equipped, we also used the gym access which was useful for us. The hosts communication was excellent I would highly recommend staying here.

Comfortable apartment

A really convenient position right on the promenade, many restaurants, bars and cafes within very easy walking distance. The beach was across the road. We had a great stay and will be back again.

Nice apartment- great hosts

For three adults, the apartment was pleasantly spacious and clean. We enjoyed the two terraces which offer beautiful views of the harbor. Our hosts were incredibly forthcoming and helpful when we had a little bit of bad luck with our return flight, which we greatly appreciated. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Fantastic location with beautiful views

The house has everything you need and is in a great location with many shops and restaurants near.by. The beach is right outside and there are beach chairs and lilos etc. and a great snorkelling mask to use. Thanks for the coffee! Joan is great and answered any questions and fixed any problems quickly.. We had a wonderful time here, even during the hottest day ever recorded on Mallorca!

Wonderful Apartment Amazing Location.

Everything was simple from start to finish! The Apartment itself is located within walking distance for anything you could ever need, and is very well put together! A few things could do with a repair or update but they were minor gripes! The views from both balconies are amazing, would definitely recommend this property to anyone wanting a relaxing chilled out time.

WE enjoyed our week here. The terraces are lovely and the position is great. However I think it should be mentioned that the staircase up to the main bedroom is unsafe for young children, anyone with any mobility issues and very difficult to get a suitcase up. The lounge and kitchen are very tired, and this is at the start of the season. That said if the sun is shining and you can cope with the staircase and things being well worn you will have a good time

Property is in a great location, really lovely and more spacious than we expected. Very clean, really comfortable beds and whilst the furniture was in old Spanish style it was comfortable and more than adequate for holiday needs. Some of the kitchen equipment is very dated and probably should be replaced for next years season, but all worked. However any item highlighted to Joan the owner, she immediately arranged a replacement eg, the outdoor umbrella ( was broken)replaced with a new one but as it was nearly end of season, she was awaiting new outdoor furniture to arrive after our trip had ended. Joan was lovely, a very responsive owner & we really appreciated the welcome hamper of necessities. I had noted the steep spiral staircase to the main bedroom with en-suite that another guest had highlighted in their review, so we were prepared for that. Would definitely return if available for our travel dates as the location generally is a long time family favorite. Thanks Joan we had a lovely holiday even if the weather was very changeable this trip.

Great apartment

Great apartment. Joan the owner been so helpful from day one. The fruit, water, milk and tea on arrival was a lovely gesture. The apartment it’s self although sleeps 6, is fantastic for just 2. The upstairs suit is modern with a fantastic balcony with sun loungers. The downstairs balcony was lovely to have lunch on and also evening drinks before the short walk to the town centre. Second visit for us and I’m sure there will be more. Thank you Joan for early check in and late check out

Family holiday

Just returned home after thoroughly enjoying our stay in this apartment. In a perfect position for enjoying the views over the marina, beach just over the road & many bars & eating places well within walking distance. The outside seating areas are perfect for watching the world go by in the evenings especially as the road is closed to traffic from 6 in the evening till 5am so very quiet. Bedrooms are large and air conditioned , a godsend during this weeks heatwave & good showers in both bathrooms. Joan was very helpful from the start & good communication with instructions for our stay. WiFi was an added bonus ! Thanks again Joan, we will return. Charles ,Bridged & family

Lovely spacious Home from Home in Puerto Pollensa

The property was lovely, traditional in parts and also modern in parts. From the moment we stepped inside, we really liked the property, very spacious, clean and tidy, all amenities inside the apartment available and the balconies were both very large with plenty of room, quiet too. We used the upstairs en suite bedroom and it was very spacious and the power shower was heavenly. Sun most of the day on both terraces. Location was perfect, right in the centre of the Pine Walk and grocery /newsagent shops right on the doorstep. The views were beautiful overlooking the Marina and the sea with the beach literally straight across the road. The welcome pack was a nice surprise along with the lucozade for my husband, (thanks Joan). No complaints at all, we had a really relaxing holiday which is exactly what we wanted. Only one suggestion and that would be to add a small carton of milk to the welcome pack as we like a cuppa. Would we stay there again.. definitely. A great find right in the centre of Puerto Pollensa. A mention about Sea Adventures Boat Hire straight across the road, we hired a boat for 4-5 hours for 120 euros, that was an amazing day cruising around in the sunshine and stopping at the different sights on the way to Cap Formentor. We ate at The Centric Restaurant a few nights, excellent food and service. Thank you Joan

En fantastisk lägenhet med dubbla uteplatser som ger en härlig utsikt över hav, strand och småbåtshamn. Trots att lägenheten ligger ovanför ett promenadstråk med affärer och restauranger upplevde vi inget störande oljud. Lägenheten är väl utrustad och i bra skick. Perfekt kommunikation med ägaren.

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen, wir hatten eine super Aussicht auf den Hafen und Strand. In der Nähe gab es genügend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, und es hat uns nichts gefehlt in der Unterkunft. Wir waren das erste mal in Port Pollenca, sind sehr begeistert gewesen und werden wieder dort Urlaub machen.

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Alles war wie beschrieben. Die Lage ist super, Parkplatz ist kostenlos vorhanden. Es war sauber und ordentlich. Leider hat es im Innenhof immer Mal wieder merkwürdig gerochen, hat jetzt aber nicht wirklich gestört

Excellent stay

The property was lovely, perfect location and fantastic balconies. Communication with Joan’s son Ramon was fantastic. We had a couple of issues with the plumbing and aircon but he sorted them out quickly.
