Beautiful newly remodeled (photos Sept 2025) 3-bed 3-bath beachfront home perfect for families or adult groups, close to everything near the island center on St. George Island. 3-story home (no elevator) with ocean-front views from master bedroom and living room. King bed ocean front master with in-suite bathroom on 1st level. Second bedroom on 1st level with in-suite bathroom. 2nd level has an open floor plan living and dining room, full kitchen, and 3rd full bathroom. 3rd level is a large loft with kid-favorite triple twin built-in bunk beds and an a large couch that converts to 2 additional twin beds or a queen bed.

Short walk to lighthouse park with the kids' playground. Across the street from Island Espresso, arcade and ice cream shop. Close to every restaurant and store on the island. True high-speed wifi. Smart TVs to use your streaming services (no cable/dish). New furniture, appliances, utensils, linens -- everything new Sept/Oct 2025. Regular pot and Keurig coffee makers. Full kitchen and dining with seating for 8 in dining area. Open floorplan. 3-level large open decks with water views. Large propane grill. Outdoor shower with hot and cold water for rinsing off sand right at the bottom of your steps. Large beach cart, 9 foot square canopy-style cover for shade on hot days, beach chairs, boogie boards, all for your use. Awesome St. George Island homes for families with kids or adults who want a location close to every restaurant, store, and event (Chili Festival, etc.) on the island.

Splash offers a cozy beachfront stay on St. George Island for you and your loved ones and will make them say "Wow." Feel free to reach out to us during your stay. We are on the island for anything you need.

Parking for 2-3 vehicles depends on the sizes of the vehicles (message hosts with questions if needed). Boardwalk along the side of the house is shared use with guests across the street at Joe Billy's. We have stayed at many of the cottages there but Splash was the best. It was decorated really nice and the kitchen was fun to cook in. The appliances were some of the latest and the kitchen had everything you could need. The third floor is so cute. Perfect for the kids. I could go on about the cottage but I have to give Brandon his credit. He is wonderful. You never have to worry about not getting your question answered promptly. Our stay was perfect. Couldn't have asked for anything any better.

My husband and I had a great trip with our two dogs at splash St. George island! It was clean and we loved having beachfront access. One of our beach chairs from home broke so it was really nice that there was plenty of beach chairs and things for us to use at the house! Would definitely stay again and recommend if you’re looking for a relaxing beach trip.

Loved the location. Can’t beat walking right out on to the beach! The house was clean and cute. Smooth check-in, easy communication. Decent supply of beach chairs/tents and a the outdoor shower was nice to have, especially with the dog. Walkable to several restaurants, ice cream and souvenir shops. The 20 gift card to local coffee shop was a nice treat. Few things to note. The washer snd dryer are TINY! Holds 3-4 regular size bath towels MAX or maybe 2 XL beach towels MAX. We usually pack light and wash clothes mid week. The small washer/dryer made that a little difficult. The beds are not very comfortable. The sheets slip and slide and barely stay on. My husband slept the whole stay on the couch. :( And lastly, there are A LOT of stairs. It was a bit of a challenge with a large dog but we made it work. You enter on the primary bed, bedroom 1 and washer/dryer level. Must go up a flight of tile stairs to main living area and kitchen then up another flight of stairs to the bunk room. The full bath for the bunk room is back down on the main living area off kitchen. Sometimes beach houses are just quirky but just something to keep in mind if you are traveling with elderly or large dog or more than 4 people. It can sleep more, I just don’t think the space is really conducive and comfortable for more.

Yes it’s a 3 level townhouse. Because of the design, the laundry area is a closet that can only fit stackers. I’ll see if bigger units can fit. If so, I’ll put bigger ones. We usually have single families but have had several groups up to our maximum occupancy without complaints. Maybe the sheets slid easily because of mattress covers? First I’ve heard of that. No one mattress is suitable for everyone. And someone out there may have a better mattress at their house. However, in general, the mattresses are very good, we get a lot of compliments on them including in prior reviews here and other properties where we use the same mattresses, prior guests have more than once asked me which mattress we use because they want to get one, and I personally drove 6 hours round trip with a trailer to get one from the store that sells them down there, and bring it back for my bed in my house. And it’s the third one I’ve tried personally in recent years and also the best. I will check those particular mattresses and bed frames to see if there has been any damage or wear that would have changed their usual highly complimented performance. Thanks for letting me know.

Splash was an amazing VRBO! The space is clean, the house has been updated through out and is lovely! The location is so convenient to everything. Kitchen is fully stocked. Beds were comfortable. The views and walk to the beach are best available. Great kids spaces here! Don’t hesitate to stay at Splash it is perfect!Brandon is a great host, we really appreciate you sharing your home with us!

Property was beautiful and updated. The beach was beautiful and just steps away from the house. We walked everywhere we needed to go, very convenient to shops and restaurants. Brandon was awesome to work with!! Will be back!
